Legal regulation of the port construction in the Czech Republic The purpose of the thesis "Legal regulation of the port construction in Czech Republic" is to describe the entire process of the construction work of the port in the Czech Republic. The master thesis defines in the first chapter some of the legal terms that are important for the successful implementation of the building project. The main objective of this chapter was to determine how the legal acts regard the legal term port. Thesis also defines the legal concept of waterwork. The definition of the waterwork is very important due to the fact that under the law the port is considerated as a water work. The next chapter deals with the urban planning proceedings and the individual stages of urban planning documentation. The thesis therefore describes in detail the various steps and requirements of urban planning documentation. The thesis also deals with the need to obtain the EIA for the assessment and also with the legal regulation of this document. The construction of port as the waterwork is strongly related to the building proceedings, which is in the area of ports construction replaced by the water acts proceeding. in English This thesis deals with the legal regime of land-related waters. The initial part of the thesis explores relations pertaining to water and land. The main part of the thesis concentrates on legal aspects of land-related waters, powers of watercourse managers in respekt of such land and the legal regime of land connected with water structures, with an emphasis placed on the current legislative aspects of ponds and wells. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the general water protection in respect of land, in particular with water-resource protection zones and vulnerable areas. The last part of the thesis is dedicated to land-related issues of anti-flood protection, especially to limitations applicable to owners of property in flood zones.

Hydromorfologické hodnocení vodních toků na základě distančních podkladů / Hydromorphological assessment of rivers using distance data sources

The thesis is aimed on hydromorphological assessment with usage of distance data. The distance method QuaWaDis is defined and the usage of results of image processing within the hydromorphological assessment is considered. The aim of the assessment is classification of hydromorphological conditions of water bodies according to Water Framework Directive 2000/60/EC. Distance method is based on visual interpretation of public data. Image processing results can extend the number of parameters of the distance method - object based classification was applied on aerial imagery (in land cover classification), unsupervised classification and image reclassification was applied on multispectral satellite data (in water depths classification). The calibration of distance method and the credibility of the distance data was evaluated in comparison with results of field survey EcoRivHab (Matoušková, 2008). Object based image processing was aimed on accuracy assessment, index of efficiency was defined and the concept of fuzzy logic was applied in accuracy assessment. From consideration of classification efficiency is obvious, that large internally heterogeneous objecs is more effectivelly to vectorise manually. Modelování povrchového odtoku v extrémním reliéfu / Modelling of the overland flow in an extreme shaped relief

This thesis is focused on finding the optimal tools for modelling of the overland flow and verification of its reliability and limits in an extreme relief of the Bohemian Switzerland. This paper focuses on the Open Source tools for modelling of the overland flow implemented in the geographic information system GRASS GIS. The region of the Bohemian Switzerland, especially of the same name national park, was chosen for two main reasons. The first is the fact that the range of reliefs' shapes of local sandstone rock areas is exceptionally varied. Extreme vertical segmentation, relief edges, changes of convex and concave shapes of relief, significant changes of profile, planar and tangential curvature and often extremely narrow and deep valleys are extremely difficult from the point of view of overland flow modelling. The second reason for the focus on the above mentioned field is the fact that for the given area there is available an exceptional quality digital elevation model (DEM) from the GeNeSis project - "Geoinformationsnetzwerke für die grenzüberschreitende Nationalparkregion Sächsisch - Böhmische Schweiz". Soil erosion vulnerability of the agricultural soils and basic hydrological characteristics were reconnoitred in Chvalkovický stream basin in Vyškov county. Preparation and the analysis of source data used for evaluation of erosion and hydrological circumstances of the basin were made in ArcGIS 10.0 in software product ArcView using the set of integrated software aplicationes ArcMap, ArcCatalog and ArcToolbox and programmes LS-converter and USLE2D. For make an assessment of soil erosion vulnerability and evaluation of situation after design of erosion control measures was used the universal equation for calculation of long-term loss of the soil caused by water erosion by Wischmeier and Smith (1978).

The thesis "Study of revitalization pond on water flow Hlinka" deals with the design of the revitalization pond on the Hlinka stream in the cadastral municipalities Hvozdec and Veverská Bítýška. Main feature of the proposed reservoir will be sediments capturing. In the theoretical part, a brief introduction to the basic characteristics of surface waters are listed. The term "small pond" is explained, the importance of reseivoirs and their function is described, and also method for selecting the location of the new reseivoirs. A separate chapter is devoted to revitalization. The theoretical part also deals with the technical and water management solution for small water reservoirs, especially dams and discharge system and spillway. At the end of the treatment methods mentioned around the tank and the construction of access roads. The practical part consists of accessory report, technical report and hydrodynamic calculation. The part of the accessory report is listing of identification data of structure and a brief description of the site in terms of hydrological, pedological, geomorphological and biogeographical. The purpose of building and property relations on the site are described. Technical report show the short characteristics of the original state of the site, a description of the reseivoir technical solutions, buildings and structures due to construction on the environment. Part of the thesis is also a graphical part, which contains drawings of the project.

Trend výnosů pšenice seté v kontextu vývoje klimatu

Climate change is characterized by higher average temperatures, more frequent extreme weather events such as torrential rains, floods, frost and snow cover absence, absence of snow cover and longer episodes of drought. In the 21st century is likely to shift production areas where surface area of corn and sugar beet will be increased. In corn production areas will be achieved lower yields than in sugar beet in 2020. Around 2030, the most suitable conditions for growing wheat sown in sugar beet and potato production area. The last part was determined from the data of the Central Control and Testing Institute for Agriculture of the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute and the relationship between the moisture regime selected sites in different stages of the growing season and yield lines. Statistically significant correlations between yield and available water holding capacity (AWHC) was observed at stations Uherský Ostroh, Pusté Jakartice, Lípa and Věrovany.

Vyhodnocení ohroženosti pozemků vybraného katastrálního území vodní erozí

This thesis is focused on evaluation of vulnerability of land cadastral area Rovečné water erosion and proposing specific erosion control measures. The intensity of the water erosion was determined by calculating the Universal Soil Loss Equation according Wischmeier and Smith. The calculation of the universal equation and determine the long-term average soil loss by erosion prior to the proposal and the proposal of its own anti-erosion measures was realized through the ArcGIS. Calculating factors universal equation was found that 213.80 ha (26.10% area) occurs very strong erosion, that has been proposed measures completely eliminated. The 156.34 ha (19.08%) there is a strong erosion, on 82.16 ha (10.03%) there is medium erosion and on 366.90 ha (44.79%) is a slight erosion. The proposed anti-erosion measures were mainly the introduction of the minimization tillage the cultivation of crops. For a comprehensive erosion control of area where was persisting increased erosion was designed protective grassing.
