Zhodnocení dřevinných výsadeb prováděných při revitalizacích drobných říčních toků / The evaluation of woody plantings carried out in revitalization small streams

KELLEROVÁ, Petra January 2015 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the success of woody plantings carried out in order to revitalize small streams. For selected restorations was assessed dendrological composition, establishment, health and care after planting. The most common species planted in the revitalization of small streams is the alder (Alnus glutinosa), a pioneer tree species reinforcing shores, to which it was coupled with flowing water home. Sometimes forming groups with gray alder (Alnus incana) but that does not fit stagnant water and silver birch (Betula pendula). Also mountain elm (Ulmus glabra) and willow species (Salix sp.) are widely planted along streams. Locally, there were planted common ash (Fraxinus excelsior) but mostly in very poor condition, and oak (Quercus robur), sporadically rowan (Sorbus aucuparia), dogwood (Swida sanquinea) and Norway maple (Acer platanoides). A statistical evaluation shows that the biggest influence on species composition and state of health of trees has the revitalization age. Also important is the care of the vegetation in later years after planting.

Variabilita koncentrací rtuti v adultních a juvenilních rybách / Variability of mercury concentrations in adult and juvenile fish

HOLAŇ, Viktor January 2015 (has links)
The thesis compares variability of mercury concentration among adult and juvenile fish in order to streamline monitoring of water environment contamination. In terms ov thw thesis there were monitored two localities: Labe Děčín and Labe Kozly. Adult fish were caught usingdeep-water electrofishing equipment and juvenile fish were caught using back-pack electrofishing equipment. Two variations of mercury concentration were compared, one in muscle of particular adult fish species, second in whole bodies of juvenile fish. Mercury concentrations were also compared among particular juvenile fish fish species in particular localities. All analyses were performed using spectrophotometer AMA 254. It was proved that analyses of juvenile fish are suitable and more cheaper than analyses of adult fish, when it comes to monitoring.

Společenstvo fytofilního bentosu v rybnících / Community of phytophilous benthos in fishponds

ZIKMUND, Hynek January 2015 (has links)
Community of phytophilous macrozoobenthos (PM) represents an important component of fishponds ecosystems concerning biomass as well as essential part of food webs. There are evident linkages between PM and water macrophytes. Their influence on PM is the main topic of many scientific papers which state three main water macrophyte characters with the strongest impact on PM - coverage, biomass and morphological complexity. The main aim of this diploma theses was to analyse linkages between four different water macrophyte species and PM in eight different fishponds devided into two groups according their localisation- třeboňské a rakouské. Water macrophyte species have any influence on PM abundance in both fishpond groups. Water macrophyte species have significant influence on biomass of PM in třeboňské and rakouské fishponds analysed together and also in both fishpond groups analysed separately. PM biomass was significantly higher in Glyceria maxima during first sampling period in both fishpond groups. Water macrophyte species have significant influence on PM diversity in třeboňské and rakouské fishponds analysed together and in rakouské fishponds group analysed separately. Just one variable, water macrophyte species, was analysed in my diploma thesis, but some others abiotic and biotic variables influence phytophilous macrozoobenthos community in fishponds littoral zones as well. That´s why conclusions of this thesis should be interpreted circumspectly.

Vodní prvky v krajině

Herynek, Jakub January 2014 (has links)
This thesis focuses on the issue of water elements in the landscape. The work is divided into two main parts. The first part has been investigating the types of water elements and their properties using the available literature. The second part contains the actual work that is elaborated in a study of water elements in the cadastral municipality Semanín. The main work is focused on the analysis of the historical development and current condition of water elements. The current condition is evaluated using the methodology that tracks particular hydromorphological condition, water quality, accompanying aquatic vegetation of the elements, the overall look and a management of the water elements. In case that the water feature shows some of the parameters evaluated as negative, measures are proposed (care management), which are intended to improve these parameters. Technology of measure is proposed on the basis of commonly used methods for management of watercourses and areas.

Vodní prvky v krajině

Petruchová, Jana January 2014 (has links)
This paper discusses the sources of water in the landscape, divides water features according to various methodologies and describes their nature and functions. It also deals primarily with the development of water loss from the landscape in our country and shows the history and problems of regulating rivers. It points out the consequences of these activities, discusses the historical and current measures - restoration and renaturation of watercourses and the return water back into the landscape. It also discusses the historical development of the country with regard to the aquatic. The case study deals with a model water feature - Bečva river from the source to the mouth. It describes interesting gravel flow. It analyzes the problematic sections of the river and above all the consequences that left a flood in 1997, when there was a change in the morphology of the river bed. At these new locations carried successional development of plant communities and soil creates a new profile. The author's thesis deals with these sites, especially ripping shores and gravel benches on Bečva in Osek. The paper describes the concept of river flood protection of the Bečva river, technical proposals and revitalization . The author evaluates these studies. It also shows the differences regulated and refolded channel.

Stavebně-technický průzkum vodního mlýna v Leskovci u Březové a návrh sanačních opatření

Orlík, Jakub January 2015 (has links)
This thesis deals with the evaluation of the technical state of wooden support structures of water mill in Leskovec near Březová (Opava district). The purpose of this research was to determine the range of the abiotic and biotic damage to each of the major elements of a timber floors and roof structures. The scope of damage was determined by sensual and instrumental methods (Arborsonic Decay Detector and Resistograph 4453). The measurement results were recorded and compared with values indicated in literature sources. It was enabled to create overall technical condition report of the mill by evaluating gathered data. The report led afterwards to suggestion of remediation measures. Structural wood elements of the water mill will be preserved in a satisfactory condition by implementing these remediation measuers

Agroklimatické podmínky jižní Moravy a jejich vliv na zemědělskou produkci

Wimmerová, Markéta January 2015 (has links)
This thesis aids to deepen the analysis of drought in the South Moravian Region and its impact on the agricultural production. As part of the research were compared trends and variability in a water balance in the long term (1961--2014). Next, in the period 2000--2014, were examined the yields of the significant crops (spring barley, winter wheat and winter rape) and their dependence on the water balance and soil moisture. With a coefficient of determination (R2) were identified districts, months and years in which the yield was dependent on the water balance and water content in the soil.
