Analýza vybraných antropomotorických ukazatelů vojáků Hradní stráže / Analysis of specific anthropomotoric indicators of the Castle guard soldiers

The work deals with the analysis of selected anthropomotorics indicators members of the military unit of the Castle Guard. These indicators are: skin thickness measured at four part in the body posture and the level of performance in the annual examination of physical training. Is complemented by a survey, investigating the relationship of soldiers to physical activity. The theoretical part describes the military department of the Castle Guard, measurement of skin fold thickness, posture assessment, but also the structure and content of the physical training of the Army of the Czech Republic. The practical part contains a methodical workflow and finally analyzes the data Based on the analysis results we developed recommendations for managers concerning the components of physical performance which should be focused on in the training lessons. The results show that most of the soldiers are in the normal range (average) values of subcutaneous fat. Nevertheless, more than 10% of soldiers were found above- average amount of fat in the subcutaneous layer. Posture has almost 90% of the tested men was good, but the horizontal axis misalignment arms was confirmed in 78% of tested men. TITLE Physical fitness and Movement activity of children in Otrokovice AIM: The main aim of this Dissertation thesis is to ascertain the physical fitness level of children in Primary school in Otrokovice. The next task is to find out if athletic children attending some of the sport clubs which are offered by Otrokovice town. Further we inquire in which of the three schools are children the most physically able bodied and also we look into if the physical above-average children do the sport more often than the children physical below-average. So far we are interested whether the performances of above-average children have a lower amount subcutaneous fat than the performances of below-average children. METHOD: The data for this Dissertation thesis is generated through empirical quantitative research.This research was carried out under standardised conditions minimizing the outside influence (gymnasium). The Focus groups for this research are school-boys and school-girls from primary schools in Otrokovice. RESULTS: From the measuring results of the chosen sample shows, that more than half of the tested groups achieved below-average values in the motor tests. The topic of this thesis is integration of the physically disabled into international exchange projects. By chosing this issue, I would like to point out the importance of integration of physically disadvantaged not only into educational facilities, where the integrated gain knowledge, but also into programs for free-time activities of children and youth and into programs where the informal and enterntaining ways are used. However, in the Czech Republic the integration of physically disadvantaged into schools is elaborated the best, I believe it needs to be attended to in other fields too. Another point I draw attention to in my thesis is the need for free time in a person's life. I specifically mean the free time dedicated to various activities either beneficial to one's health, bringing joy or as a way of relaxation. By the end of my theoretical part I describe the handicap in a persons's life. In the practical part I describe the EU program - Youth in Action, which enables young peope to travel into foreign countires for either short or long term period. This program also provides youth free-time exchanges with the possibilitiy of integrating physically challenged people. I describe what an international exchange involves. The aim of this theoretical and empirical thesis is to analyse the term of self-education and related issue, which are further developed in theory and philosophy of education, psychology and sociology. In the first part the thesis concentrates on theoretical concepts of self-education and their development in selected historical periods. The thesis accentuates a contemporary understanding of self-education and its aspects influencing the concept and practice of self- education in current society. Through several case studies in the empirical part, the thesis attempts to demonstrate personal, educational and experiential diversity backgrounding the contemporary concept of self-education. In conclusion, some options as well as difficulties of an individual self-education in contemporary society will be reflected. This thesis deals with analysis of EU rules on entry and residence on the territory of Member States. These rules are described from the perspective of different groups of people, EU citizens, citizens of EFTA Member States, family members or citizens of Turkey, and also from the perspective of Member States participating in the Schengen Border Area and Member States outside this Area. The core of this thesis consist is the analysis of four key EU rules in this field, namely the Border Code (Regulation 562/2002), the Visa Code (Regulation 810/2009), the 539/2001 Regulation and the 2004/38 Directive, as well as relevant case law of the Court of Justice, that influences the interpretation of the rules in hand significantly. The rules are also assessed from the point of view of principles of legal certainty and legitimacy.

This Master Thesis deals with the evaluation of the company Správa nemovitostí Olomouc, a. s. as of December 20, 2011.The value of the company was determined based on detail strategic and financial analyses which illuminated the core business and future potential of the company. Results of the analyses and interviews with the management of the company allowed preparing thorough five year financial plan. After the fifth year I have assumed a stable growth. The final value was determined as an average between two income methods, Free Cash Flow to the Firm and Economic Value Added. For comparison I have also prepared a property method valuation using the book value of the company.

The topic of the thesis is Regulation (EC) No 1896/2006 of the EP and of the Council of 12 December 2006 creating a European order for payment procedure. Regulation established an additional and optional means for the claimant, with the purpose to simplify, speed up and reduce the costs of litigation in cross-border cases concerning uncontested pecuniary claims and to permit the free circulation of European orders for payment throughout the Member States without any intermediate proceedings prior to recognition and enforcement. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current shape of legislation, its interpretation by the ECJ and existing practical experiences with the application of the tool in the Czech Republic. Chapter one is devoted to the development in the field of judicial cooperation in civil matters, called as well as European civil procedure, and to the summary of the existing regulations. Chapter two deals with the thorough analysis of the laid down proceedings and its consecutive phases. It also contains the evaluation of these regulatory efforts. Chapter three focuses on the analysis of a reference for a preliminary ruling in the Case C-215/11 Szyrocka which is not yet decided. The reference depicts problematic points of coordination between the Regulation and civil procedures of Member States. Last chapter pursues the application of the European order for payment in the Czech judicial system. It summarizes the statistical data about usage of the procedure in the Czech Republic. Moreover, it presents the findings of the qualitative research carried out at thirty district and regional courts.

The thesis deals with the perception of different leisure time opportunities for younger school children in the city and in the village. The theoretical part describes leisure time,its functions, various definitions and different concepts of free time. Specifies younger school age and leisure time for children and youth. She also devotes herself to school and extracurricular leisure facilities.The practical part contains a survey using questionnaires that were distributed to the children of the junior school in the town and the village. The questionnaires concerned how children spend their free time, but above all how they perceive their leisure time. The conclusion of the practical part includes the evaluation of the questionnaire survey and evaluation of the research assumptions.

In my diploma thesis on subject The wiew of man´s and woman´s role in present Czech society I aimed to gender analyse of the value orientation, among others regarding spending free time ? with the view to find out mechanisms and possible reasons of a gender aspect. The aim of my work is to map out and to analyse the researches that have already been done in this field and to find answers to the following questions: what are the differences between man and woman role in the present Czech society? What is the difference between man´s and woman´s value orientation? What can cause these differences? How do the differences come out? The first chapter is dedicated to the definition of the basic concepts, this part introduces the problems of values, theories of value orientation and leasure time spending, it characterises family from the view of living values including leasure time, it explains the gender aspect. The second chapter maps out the researches done in the field of women´s and men´s roles in the family including the leasure time, it also introduces their results. The third chapter interprets the reasons for gender differencies in the view of structural functionalism and feminist sociology, it brings general overwiev of analysis results.

The thesis is aimed on the mathematical knowledge and skills development in leisure time activities. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to leisure time, pedagogy of leisure time, out-of-school education - its content, functions and requirements for realization of out-of-school education. This part of the thesis is also dedicated to the motivation and its use in leisure time activities and development of mathematical knowledge in leisure activities. Based on this information and on my own experience, I worked out and introduced the prin- ciples for preparing leisure time activities developing mathematical knowledge and skills. Following is a compilation of leisure time activities that develop knowledge and skills in geometry, arithmetic, algebra, logical thinking, or geometric imagination. The compilation contains activities suitable for relaxing, recreational and hobby activities.
