Denna uppsats behandlar ämnet musik i webbserier där en kvalitativ audiovisuell analys har gjorts av kapitel 131 ur webbserien Cursed Princess Club publicerad på hemsidan och appen vid namn Webtoons. Frågeställningen är följande: På vilket sätt samspelar ljud och bild för att skapa en upplevelse av händelser och atmosfär i webbserien Cursed Princess Club kapitel 131? Analysen av materialet gjordes med hjälp av ljud, filmtekniska, seriebegrepp och visuellanalys gällande färg. I analysen kunde det konstateras att ljudet och bilden i serien skapade upplevelser om storyns händelser och atmosfär genom en rad av olika tekniker. Musik och bild förmedlade ett visst känslotillstånd till läsaren, visade på karaktärernas känslomässiga processer, samt gav läsaren förförståelse av handlingen och skapade en verklighetskänsla i serien. Sammanfattning av MedieproduktionMedieproduktionen handlar om barns mentala hälsa och hur man ger dem verktyg för att bibehålla god mental hälsa med hjälp av serier. Medieproduktionen består av en broschyr ämnat till barn i åldrarna 8–10 år samt ett informationsblad till skolpersonal som EHT, fritidspedagog eller lärare. Den fiktiva avsändaren för medieproduktionen är Bris. Broschyren till barnen innehåller en serie om tacksamhet och hur man kan upptäcka de bra sakerna i livet, diskussionsfrågor, övningar och information om hur man kan komma i kontakt med Bris. / The main topic of this thesis is webcomics containing music. A qualitative audio-visual analysis has been conducted on chapter 131 of the webcomic Cursed Princess Club published on the website and app called Webtoons. The research question is: How do sound and illustration interact to create an experience of events and atmosphere in the web series Cursed Princess Club Chapter 131? An analysis of the material was made with the help of sound and film technical terms, comic terms and visual analysis terms concerning colour. From the analysis it can be concluded that sound and illustration create experiences about the events and atmosphere of the narrative through a range of different techniques. Sound and illustration convey a certain emotional state to the reader, show the emotional processes of the characters, provide the reader with pre-understanding of the plot and create a certain sense of realism in the comic.
