This dissertation describes labour work mobility issues within the European Union. It focuses on obstacles that restrict the free movement of workers and how these obstacles can be eliminated by the European Union. The case study "Motivation of Czech workers to work abroad" is also included in this dissertation.

Esta pesquisa trata da mobilidade do trabalho de imigrantes africanos no Brasil, identificada como uma particularidade determinada nos movimentos migratórios contemporâneos, a partir do caso dos afro-islâmicos nas indústrias avícolas do país, especializadas na exportação de frangos para o mercado muçulmano internacional. A inserção da força-de-trabalho desses imigrantes aponta para um conjunto de questões culturais, políticas e econômicas que se apresentam geograficamente no território brasileiro, e que, no contexto da globalização e da crise do capital financeiro internacional requer uma forma particular de abordagem teórica e a respectiva crítica das formas apologéticas de conhecimento. O estudos de tais relações em uma perspectiva de crítica ao dualismo (geográfico, histórico ou cultural) abre no olhar sobre a mercadoria halal a visão geral sobre o moderno fetichismo da mercadoria. / This research deals with the labor mobility of African immigrants in Brazil, identified as a certain particularity in contemporary migratory movements, from the case of African-Islamic poultry industries in the country, specializing in exporting chickens to the Muslim international market. The insertion of the work force of these immigrants, points to a set of cultural, political and economic issues presented geographically in Brazilian territory, and that, in the current context of globalization and crisis of the international financial capital requires a particular form of theoretical approach and a critique of the apologetical forms of knowledge.

Estas migrações assumem um caráter temporário, uma vez que o migrante se desloca por um período determinado almejando melhores rendimentos que lhe possibilite melhores condições de vida ao retornar ao país de origem. A pesquisa aborda o grupo de descendentes de japoneses de Londrina que vão trabalhar no Japão, na qualidade de trabalhadores não especializados, aproveitando a falta deste tipo de mão-de-obra naquele país, realizando o fluxo inverso de seus pais e avós que chegaram ao Brasil no início do século com perspectivas semelhantes, ou seja, poder retornar ao país e iniciar uma vida com melhores condições materiais. Procuramos, assim, trabalhar os dois momentos migratórios da comunidade nipo-brasileira; o de imigração, com a chegada dos japoneses no início do século e o de emigração com a partida de seus descendentes para o Japão. Acreditamos que, nas duas situações, a busca por melhores condições de vida foi determinante na decisão da partida, sendo um atrativo para a mobilidade da força de trabalho. (Resumo completo clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: We tried to analyze the international migrations starting from the conception of the mobility of the work, that is, we believe that they occur only impelled by the market and that they are inside a politic, economic and social context which propitiates the workers the space mobility. These migrations assume a temporary aspect, since the migrant moves for a determined period of time trying to achieve better income, which will allow him/her better life condition upon arriving to his/her origin country. The research approaches the group of Japanese descendants from Londrina that goes to Japan to work as non-specialized workers, taking advantage of the lack of labor in that country, taking the opposite flow from their parents and grandparents who arrived in Brazil in the beginning of the century with the same perspectives, that is, returning to their country and begin a new life with better conditions. We tried to work on the two migratory moments of the nippo-brazilian community, the immigration, with the arriving of the Japanese in the beginning of the century, and the emigration, with the departure of their descendants to Japan. We believe that in the two situations, the search for better life conditions was determinant for the departure, attracting the mobility of the work power. We verified that when migrating, the nikkei goes through some difficulties related to the adaptation to the new country, with the relationship with the Japanese and the other Brazilian dekasseguis who assume a position of competitivity... Este trabalho é fruto de questões e curiosidades gestadas no empirismo da experiência pessoal, umbilicalmente enlaçadas aos processos componentes do fenômeno da mobilidade territorial de trabalhadores brasileiros para Dublin, em sua concretude o fluxo de migração internacional. Os problemas basilares desta dissertação também se relacionam com outros fluxos da mobilidade do trabalho. Portanto, no desenvolver da pesquisa sobre os “por quês?” da intensificação e circularidade dos movimentos migratórios internacionais, o âmbito “micro” relativo ao sujeito também se fez importante, para que os fatores objetivos e subjetivos, em sua relação dialética, dessem conta da realidade complexa. Em meio a análise dos grupos nas redes sociais e das entrevistas realizadas, uma questão se destacou: a naturalização e internalização das condições da mobilidade do trabalho e da máxima do Estado como acolhedor e benfeitor pelos próprios imigrantes. Diante dessas colocações, buscamos discorrer sobre a alteridade do sujeito migrante ao transitar pela seletividade da fronteira, da naturalização da sua condição enquanto o outro e da legitimidade dada às ações praticadas pelos agentes de controle da fronteira. O fio de Ariadne que escolhemos para nos conduzir por esse labirinto de questões foi o conceito de território, fronteira e a alteridade em conjunto com o “rastreamento” espacial - histórico das migrações. / Although the term migration is a constant topic among politicians and human rights, scientists and the media; a theme is still challenging to the sciences, including Geography. This work is the result of questions and curiosities gestated in the empiricism of personal experience, umbilically linked to various processes that are part of the phenomenon of territorial mobility of Brazilian workers to Dublin, in its concreteness of international flow. The basic problems of this dissertation are also related to other flows of work mobility. On the developing research of "whys" of the intensification and circularity of international migratory movements, the individuals related to the subject also became relevant, to compose that objective and subjective factors are related dialectically. Amid the analysis of the groups in social networks and the interviews conduced, a prominent question jump up: the naturalization of the conditions of labor mobility and the state maxim as a welcome and well-being by the immigrants themselves. Faced with these positions, we seek to discuss the otherness of the migrant subject when crossing the border selectivity, the naturalization of this action and the legitimacy given to the actions practiced by the agents of control of the border. The Ariadne’s line that we have chosen to lead us through this labyrinth of information is the notion of territory, frontier and otherness together with the spatial - historical tracking of migrations
