This master’s thesis deal with processing of business plan for the establishment of confectioner's, which will be offering not only pastry, but also all assortment of other products, which fall into similar stores. Confectioner's will be constructed in one-family house in municipality Těšany, part of proposal are also construction work and equipment interior.

The aim of my Master’s thesis is create business plan financed by Countryside development program. The project is about reconstruction agricultural building into pension, which will offer ativities on organic farm and will be aimed on families with childern.

The subject of the thesis is the elaboration of a business plan on machinery buying, whereby the company want to renew enginery. Project presents valuation of expedience investment, rate of return and form of financing.

The thesis develops a business plan of investment project called “The Purchase of Equipment for Production of Elastic Textile Fabrics“. The first part of the thesis covers a theoretical introduction, key definitions and applied methods. The other part provides an analysis of the current conditions in the company and its environment, suggests financing options, evaluates feasibility of the project and provides solutions.

This diploma thesis deals with an entrepreneurial plan of a travel agency. Based on the theoretical pieces of knowledge taken by study and discovered facts, it contains a proposal of its foundation and it´s conceivable positioning on the market.

For the realization of the business plan is issued from the request of the business subject founder, in this case Limited Liability Company. Further will in connection with herewith intention submitted proposal for the methodical plan creation. This plan includes detailed specification necessary progress for realization hereof intention, evaluation of the proposed suggestions and groundwork and implementation schedule.

My master´s thesis deals with the question of creating a new separate workshop. The objective of the work is to formulate out the mentioned establishment of the workshop in the light of theory and practice. Special attention is devoted to detailed analysis of surroundings and market, where the company would operate. A view of the workshop's function is presented by working up of business plan which is the basic document for any new project.

This diploma thesis deals with the development of the business plan that will serve the company's management as a basis for implement the introduction of an entirely unique service. The theoretical part deals with the problems of small and medium businesses, subjects of the national economy and the demands of the business plan. The practical part deals with the identification and analysis of the selected company, judging the possible options of implementation of the business plan, including a tipping point.

The goal of this master’s thesis is to suggest a business plan of development for e - shop expansion, that sells japanese kitchen knives. The theoretical part describes the forms of business, the method of composing a business plan and the requirements for establishing an e – shop. In the analytical part, the contemporary situation of the e – shop Jakuno is described and the situation of e-commerce in Czech Repulic as well. The conclusion of this thesis deals with the business plan itself and proposes its suggestions for improving the company efficiency.

This thesis suggests a business plan for further progress of an existing company. It is looking at opportunities in already operating branch. It is trying to suggest a project which would lead to better profitability, expanditure and stabilizing of current market share and also strengthen the company name. The thesis is based on preconditions of the company which is experienced in its branch and for a long time has been defending its position on the market. The aim of my thesis therefore is, on the base of an analysis, to propose such a project, where previous results and expreiences are going to be used, to make competitiveness and further progress of the company better.
