The diploma thesis deals with the company development through investments into new technologies of production facilities and business development. In the theoretical part the main concepts which form the structure of the business plan are defined. In the next section the actual situation of the company is analyzed. Based on the results of the previous analysis the precaution for future overall development of the whole company is proposed.

The starting points of the work are theoretical findings about this type of business and technical specifications and requirements of the franchisor.
