The diploma thesis deals with the matter of business in construction. It focuses on the business intention, business plan, or feasibility study and describes the differences between them. It theoretically defines when, under which circumstances and for what reasons it is appropriate to create a business plan for the intended purpose. It also includes a description of the individual parts of the business plan. The practical part of the thesis deals with the specification of the business plan in the problematic of processing bids for construction work in public and private tenders, for which this real business plan is created, with an evaluation of whether and under what conditions this plan could be implemented.

Point of this thesis is the definition and description of the Business intention. In the first parts there is the description focused on theoretical findings. There is described the difference between Business intention and Business plan. As next are described important parts of the Business intention and phases of the project. Mainly it is explained the project-analysis like SWOT and SLEPT analysis and economic efficiency. The practical part is focused on Business intention analysis as a basis for business decision. Mainly it is focused on analysis of inputs and outputs of the project, economic efficiency analysis, and at the end is found out which option of the Business in-tention is most efficient for today.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the analysis of the legal regulation of environmental impact assessment (EIA). EIA is one of the horizontal instruments of environmental law. It is based on the principle of prevention and sustainable development. The Czech legislation can be found primarily in the EIA Act which, to a large extent, is the result of the transposition of the EIA Directive. National and European regulation of environmental impact assessment is significantly influenced by international law, in particular by the Espoo Convention and the Aarhus Convention. Non-legally binding documents are also very important. During the environmental impact assessment process, which consists of several phases, the significant impacts of the project on the environment and public health are examined and evaluated. Not all projects are subject to assessment, but only those which are stipulated directly by law ("obligatorily assessed projects") or by the relevant administrative authority in the screening procedure ("facultatively assessed projects"). The result of the assessment, which is performed by authorized experts, serves as an objective expert basis for the so-called consequential proceedings, in which a decision is made on the approval of the project. Sturla Þórðarson: his work in context of his time and an analysis of the authorial intent The purpose of this thesis is to analyse the literary-historiographical works of Sturla Þórðarson with regard to the specific historical situation at the time of their origin and the methods and authorial intent of this 13th century Icelandic historian. The introductory chapters give a brief overview of Sturla Þórðarson's life in a broader historical context, based on the extant primary sources, and of his literary and literary- historiographical works. The major topic of the thesis is an analysis and comparison of two of the author's works, Íslendinga saga and Hákonar saga Hákonarsonar, in context of various scholars' views of medieval historiography. The former saga belongs to the genre of samtíðarsögur (contemporary sagas), the latter to the genre of konungasögur (kings' sagas). Both works present the same historical period. The major object of analysis is the differences in the author's approach to the historical material in his literary-historiographical works of different genres; this analysis is followed by an attempt to explain the differences. This master thesis examines inception of the new web portal focused on shopping and its entry into Czech internet market. First part introduces methods of market situation analysis that are applied in second part of this master thesis. Thesis also includes analysis of Czech internet market from the perspective of on-line shopping and identifies potential customer segments for this new internet portal. Next part defines business objective of new internet portal and its marketing strategy. Results of this master thesis where applied during preparation phase of internet project CoKoupit.cz and will also be further applied during company start-up.

Ve své práci, jak již název napovídá, se zabývám využitím řepkového oleje jako alternativního paliva na místo nafty. Díky vyčerpatelnému zdroji: ropy, ze které se nafta vyrábí, je toto téma v dnešní době velice diskutované, prozatím jsou s ním malé zkušenosti, avšak do budoucna je jednou z mála variant náhrady fosilních paliv. Z tohoto důvodu aplikuji šetření do praxe, provádím výzkum ve skutečně existující společnosti, která denně provozuje několik mechanizačních strojů poháněných litry a litry nafty a zkoumám ekonomický dopad na náklady při nahrazení nafty alternativní pohonnou hmotou - řepkovým olejem. Pro větší zajímavost volím výrobu vlastního filtrovaného oleje z nakoupeného řepkového semene, na novém lisovacím zařízení, to vše mimo jiné za pomoci dohledu zaměstnanců na chod strojů.

The aim of this thesis is a description of the establishment company "National Investments Company Ltd." and create a business plan suitable for presentation in the banking sector as a part of the loan application. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part explains the main definitions, establishment of the Ltd. company and the correct structure of the business plan. The practical part contains the actual business plan and provides information about the problems of investing in real estate and loan applications.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of selected investment project to assess the impact of the project on the profitability and financial stability podniku.Diplomová work deals with the specific investment objective, which is the purchase of machinery. Based on the financial analysis is to assess the situation. This is done with the help of indicators of profitability, activity, leverage and liquidity. Then, the paper deals with clarifying the cash flows selected machinery, which are capital expenditures, income and expenses arising from the investment.
