This thesis deals with designing a business plan for the establishment of dance studio providing a diverse range of the many kinds of acrobatics lessons. The company is a rather minor character breakdown by size of enterprise. The work is divided into three parts. In the theoretical section - the theoretical basis for second part is explained and that is analysis of the current state and next is design part.

The thesis is based on the notion that these two world giants in the terms of number of inhabitants, area and even a GDP volume have an unresolved border dispute, ever since the India reached independence. Their mutual border has never been officially demarcated. The small skirmishes between the border patrols of both states are uncountable. In addition, in 1962 they waged a war against each other, which China won in very decisive manner. Both states have been disputing which side caused this conflict till today. Rising economic power of both states currently, together with supposed arming, development of military rocket and submarine technology capable to carry nuclear warheads and establishment of naval bases by China in the proximity of India could create a really effervescent atmosphere in the area. Management of the Faculty of Humanities, Charles University considers opening a pre-school child care facility in a new seat of the faculty. The intention of this diploma work is to map and analyze legal forms of pre-school child care, needs of parents - employees and students of the faculty, and financial sources from which such facility could be funded; and then on the base of the analysis to design a solution suitable for the faculty. The solution has a form of a project plan, which, when approved, could be worked up and realized. Data needed for the project plan were gathered via analysis of documents, i.e. legal rules and web pages, and a questionnaire among employees and students of the faculty. According to the survey and in the case of available sufficient financial coverage, it would be ideal to establish at the faculty a facility with two children groups, each consisting of 15 children and a special children area of a 12 children capacity.

In the context of the preparation of the new Civil Procedure Code and the publication of its theses, the topic of the first ordered meeting with a registered mediator has become more current. According to the material intent of the new Civil Procedure Code, this institute contradicts the voluntary nature of mediation and should therefore be excluded from the legislation. The purpose of this Diploma thesis is to analyze the institute of the first ordered meeting with a registered mediator in such a way that it is possible to assess whether this instrument should remain part of the legislation on civil procedure. At first, this Diploma thesis deals with mediation as one of the alternative methods of dispute resolution. It discusses the principles on which mediation is based, including the principle of voluntariness. It also describes the advantages and disadvantages of this out-of-court dispute resolution. The thesis further focuses on the analysis of the legislation on the first meeting with a mediator and points out its problematic aspects.
