This master´s thesis is focused on creating its own business plan, which is the establishment of a private kindergarden based in Brno – Královo Pole on Sadová. The work is divided into three parts. The first part refers to the theory, where theoretical poinst are established, which give the basis for the processing of the analytical part. The second – the analytical part – explores the business environment, competition and potential customers. In the last part the business plan is created.

The diploma thesis discusses the evaluation and financing of investment in a shopping centre in the city of Hradec Králové. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical background focused mainly on the issue of investment decisions and determinig methods for evaluating the effectivness of investments, including their financing. The second part of the thesis is focused on performing strategic analysies to determine the current market situation and the current state of investment. The main part of the thesis consists of proposals aimed at renting shopping centers with a high quality mix of tenants to achieve adequate profitability and return of investment.

This diploma thesis looks at the making of business plan for starting a bistro. The thesis is divided into three main chapters. The theoretical part time describes the foundations necessary to develop a business plan. The analytical part focuses on analysis an marketing research. The last proposal part includes the proposal of the business plan for successful establishment of a company.

This master´s thesis „Proposal of utilization of the entrepreneurship support program in FEI Czech republic“ is focused on investment incentives and grants and their application on a particular investment project of chosen company. The first part of the thesis summarizes the relevant theory and describes offered entrepreneurship support programs in the Czech Republic. The second part is aimed at introduction of FEI Czech republic Ltd. For this company is in the third part of the work, chosen the suitable entrepreneurship support program, made a business plan and filled in an application for support.

A plan of opening a physical shop (a low-cost expediting point) as an extension of currently runnning electronic shop is the main focus of this thesis. The analysis of demographic population data, market situation (supply/demand), internal and external corporate enviroment is presented. An attempt is made to provide the answer for the question whether proposed enterprise is pursuable or not. The results of analytic part are used for the shop building locality selection. Furthermore, corporate history, financial and business planning, marketing strategy, organizational structure are provided in practical part of this thesis. This diploma thesis deals with questions about prospectus assembly for the company GASTROSUN SK, s.r.o with detailed focus on refinement of its prerequisites. The aim of this diploma thesis is to put together the comprehensive and integrated prospectus with the focus on its usability in practice. It’s important so that all assemblage plans in this prospectus reflected the real estate. Partial aim of this diploma thesis is matching other possible kinds of investments with the investment embedded in business by the help of indicator of return on capital employed before taxation.

A result of this work is suggestion of business plan for founding service – interior vehicle cleaning. On the beginning of the work are defining condition of market, general and departmental environs. Is valorizing a existing situation in this area. The aim of my dissertation is forming of bussiness plan for providing of accommodation services without boarding, situated in a small vinicultural village, considering and choosing of the most suitable form of its financing.
