The theme of this diploma work is to define of a business aim for a concrete small-sized enterprise and to transform it into a business plan. The first part is an entry to the sector of small and middle-sized enterprises; there are definitions of specific attributes of these enterprises, thein advantages and disadvantages, and their importance for an economy. In the sekond part is presented a ground of a theory for a business plan and SWOT analyse The next part is practical part of diplom work. In the practical part is suggested and work up the business plan of founding of small enterprises.

My business project is focused on foundation of a company using renewable resources to produce energy. I will compare individual variants of manufacturing energy using renewable resources and I will decide, which alternate I use for realization of my projekt.

The present thesis „Entrepreneurial project for grant from EU funds“ deals in the first part with the theoretical survey of EU funds as well as with their allocation and use in the Czech republic and how this fits in with the goal of helping weaker countries to develop. The second analytical part gives a description of the business plan and especially feasibility of project. I write up a study of feasibility in order to show the practicability of the complete plan. At the conclusion how is a short appreciation and formulation of goals for future process of realization.

The main goal of this graduation thesis is to prepare a prospectus for application of a new investment for Střední škola řemesel Třebíč. The thesis is composed of a theoretical introduction and a preparation of the prospectus. The praktical part consists of economic estimation of future plans.

The aim of my Master thesis “Business Plan Company“ is to provide a solution for a successful develop a small company, which will have a real potential to find its stable position on the current market. My Master thesis consists of a theoretical part, problem analysis and my own proposal of the solution. The theoretical part deals with the key findings and solutions, which are further applied in the next part of my work. Analysis is focused on prezent and future company environment. Concrete recommendations have been formulated on the basis of analysis conclusions. The final proposal is formulated into a komplex procedure, which provides the way to reach company development.

The aim of my thesis, which is called „Business project in the area of renewable energy resources“, is to analyze business opportunities in the area of renewable energy resources, which have been highly actual and discussed recently, whether in term of benefit for environment or in connection with international problem of shortness in energy resources. Result of this thesis is, on the basis of the analysis, to define recommendations in the form of optimal proposal for realization. The thesis is engaged in description of current state in the area of the renewable energy resources, their utilization in practice and consequential proposals for realization including project financial plan. The thesis is also engaged in possibilities of state budget and EU grants use.

This master’s thesis deals with processing business project building boarding-house in Tisnov area. Theoretical part includes investment decision, business project, methods of economic evaluation investment and defines tourist trade. Practical part analyses present situation, description of boarding-house and environment, influence the crisis on accommodation. Design part costs accounting project, predicting incomes, net use of beds and average price in accommodation. Master’s thesis also rates investment efficiency by means of net present value and pay-off period.

This Master´s thesis deals and evaluates the present situation of the company Stamal Colour, s r.o. The aim of this thesis „Business Plan for development of a company“ is to provide a solution how to develop this company to success in order to stabilize and win a better position on the current market.

Diploma thesis is interested in the business plan of the development of the company of Martin Stříž, who focuses on the publishing of books and other press products. On the basis of the survey of contemporary status and identification of the objective, which is to be achieved, are proposed ways leading to such identified objective. After selecting of optimal options, the financial status and level of demand are evaluated subsequently, and time schedule of individual investments is presented. Finally, potential problems, which can occur after the implementation of the investment are identified, together with linked tasks, which must be further fulfilled (monitoring of development, inspection etc.).

The master's thesis is focused on evaluation of development project for the purpose of recommendation, how the company should continue with the project in the future. The analysis of the commercial real estate market and evaluation of up-to-date financial results are included. In the practical part, alternatives of selling the project and the prediction of future progress in case of lease-continuation are compared.
