The master´s thesis is a proposal of a business plan for establishment of catering company in the city Náměšť nad Oslavou. The theoretical part is focused on the structure of the business plan, necessary analyses, sources of financing, and legal forms of business. In the practical part there is the theoretical knowledge applied to the particular situation, where the feasible entrepreneurial plan will be created.

The master´s thesis deals with the draft of the business plan for the new business from selected branch. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part there is defined basic theoretical background related to the topic. The second analytical part deals with analysis of the relevant market and the final practical part contains the actual creation of of the business plan.

The diploma thesis deals with developing the business plan for the construction of an administrative building. First part is theoretical basis for the processing of the business plan. The next section analyzes the current situation in company. At the end is introduced project of realization of the business plan and its overall evaluation, including benefits.

The topic of this thesis What do children draw (not only) on the asphalt is to explore a material potential of outside environment as a specific device for teaching art education. The first part defines the role of the arts in contemporary education system, sets out the main goals and points out specialties of the field. The next section deals with the observation of spontaneous creative expressions of children on non-traditional sourfaces, their place in the natural need for exploration, and playing as a means of understanding the world. Compares the difference of the creation in outdoor environments on unconventional surfaces and the classical indoor creation and deals with the potential use of this knowledge. Looks for possibilities which would enrich the teaching of art and offer teachers new inspiration. Finally, on the basis of my own interventions, verifies the applicability of theoretical findings and their possible application in teaching at primary schools.

Rokosová Magdaléna: Plastic Age - plastic as a legitimate part of the arts and art education [thesis], Prague 2015 - Charles university in Prague, Faculty of education, department of art This diploma thesis is focused on mapping the potential of synthetic or semi- synthetic polymeric materials as specific means for fine art and art education. The theoretical part summarizes the crucial moments and the possibility of using plastics in applied arts (design) as well as in free creation and their everyday use in various fields and the resulting significant determination of our lives with these materials, including adverse effects on human health and our planet. Didactic series uses the appropriate means with regard to addressing the topics and the target group of pupils in second level primary school. It gently draws attention to the amount of plastic waste produced, and also presents the possibility of using these materials for creative work. The artistic section is focused on original works of fine art with the use of synthetic materials and verifying their expected potential. Its content is mainly engaged in the contrast of artificial and natural world and the question of whether these two seemingly distant worlds are really separable.

Non-profit organization must work on creating of its strategy, visions and goals to be able to develop in the accordance with the period trends. To realize the planned activities this organization is necessary to have the adapted business plan that is used to evaluate business activities from the point of view of this viability and real operation. It is possible to say that the business plan with its all principles helps the organization to succeed in the dynamically developing society full of the opportunities and consequently connected risks with them. The goal of this work is to show the founding of the social enterprise in the sphere of services using the particular business plan and the importance of applying this tool in the scope of strategic development of the organization. The diploma thesis deals with the proposal of a business plan. The theoretical part defines the reasons for compiling a business plan and the general process of its creation. The creation of the plan is described progressively, with the structure that is commonly used for a business plan. The second part of the thesis presents the proposal of a specific business plan. The topic of this plan is the project of an apartment building with retail space. The content of the plan is the introduction of the company behind the project, the acquaintance with the circumstances of the project, financial and other analyzes that are needed for the composition of the business plan.

Main goal of this thesis is to theoretically describe and analyze evaluation of economic efficiency of business plan. Business plan is reconstruction old farm building to 5 apartments. Action for retrial and for nullity Abstract This diploma thesis presents two institutes of Czech civil procedural law - an action for retrial and an action for nullity. Both actions are considered extraordinary remedies under Czech law and both can challenge a final court decision. An action for retrial serves to rectify defects in factual findings; an action for nullity serves to rectify procedural defects. Specific court decisions of the district, regional, and high courts are demonstrated in the thesis and prove that despite the scarce employment, the position of the actions within the legal system is justified and deserved. Both actions can further be found, slightly modified, in the upcoming new Civil Procedure Code, which should in the future replace the current Civil Procedure Code. The thesis presents several partial aims and one main aim. The partial aims are to introduce to the reader the actions for retrial and for nullity, to analyse their frequency and the reasons for which the actions were granted, and to make a comparison of Czech and Swedish civil procedural law. Theodore Fontane is best known as the author of numerous women's novels, which he wrote in the last ten years of his life. This diploma thesis deals with the topic of women's emancipation on the basis of textual analysis of two latter novels by Theodore Fontane - Effi Briest and Mathilde Möhring. In the first part, it characterizes the topic of the period women's emancipation and puts the author's biography into context. In the second part, it creates the picture of position of the main women characters. The last part describes the personal development of the women characters, on the basis of which I determine how much the women's emancipation reflects in the author's work and what is his attitude towards it. This thesis deals with the interpretation of the author's intent to illustrate the creation of an advanced character like Mathilde Möhring.
