This master thesis aims to explore and predict counterproductive work behavior (CWB) targeted to the employer within a framework of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The question is examined by quantitative questionnaire survey, assessing attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, intention and actual behavior. The aim of this study is to verify the psychometric properties of a non-standardized questionnaire designed in the theoretical framework of the Theory of Planned Behavior, analysis of functionality of the proposed model and the proposal of its possible improvements to be given. Unrepresentative sample (n = 71 in the first phase of research, n = 41 in the second phase) consists of working adults with a work history of at least one year. The proposed model of the Theory of Planned Behavior is analyzed using the method of multiple linear regression analysis, which shows a statistically significant relationship between the dependent variable and some of the independent variables in the first phase of the research. In the second phase, no significant relationships between variables are found. The diploma thesis focuses on the creation of a business plan in the field of construction of an operational building, which is used for renting free space, for storage and for setting up a locksmith and metalworking workshop. The thesis contains a theoretical description of the business plan and the necessary analyzes. The practical part focuses on the business plan itself consisting of the construction of a new building and the transfer of existing locksmiths' production into their own business premises and the extension of the offered services of metalworking. In conclusion, the business plan is assessed, considering its feasibility under realistic conditions and determining the point of reversal in the implementation of the business plan.

The diploma thesis deals with the creation of a realistic and applicable business plan for a new business – a forest nursery. The diploma work is divided into four main parts. Part one describes the objective and methodology of work. Followed by the second part, a theoretical one, in which the theoretical knowledge and the starting point needed to create the business plan are described and explained. In the third part, I analysed, with help of the theoretical knowledge, the current market situation and the internal and external business environment. The last part includes suggestions for the business plan and is closed with a final summary and recommendations, which should contribute to the establishment and to the further development of the firm in the future.

Abstract The master‘s thesis deals with the creating of business plan of the establishment for the processing and sale of beef. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part summarizes the theory, which contains the necessary theoretical background within which the analytical and solution proposal part is processed. The second main part is the analytical part, which summarizes the results of the questionnaire survey and strategic analysis. In the last solution proposal part, the business plan itself is created.

This dissertation deals with the funding possibilities of business plan of Sun Marketing, s.r.o. In terms of theoretic peaces of knowledge and of obtained information takes in proposal of optimal alternate of business plan financing.
