Dissertation headed {\clqq}Architecture of rural manors in the region of Táborsko`` dwell on matter of historical progress of landed gentry castles and forts architecture placed in the region of Táborsko. Paper presents conditions of chosen buildings in 2007-2008. Document does not present all existing buildings of this type. Sample is however selected to represent wide spectrum of architectural styles as from Gothic style, over Renaissance to historicist styles of 19th century. Author comes out both from information stated in the various specialized and touristic publications and from the outcomes of his own survey.

This work shows history of the castle in Mnichovo Hradiště. It deals with history of the castle, but the main topic is what happened in 20. century. How the owners behave towards to the castle, what changed when the castle was confiscated. The work is based on archive material stored in the National archiv in Prag, Mnichovo Hradiště Municipal museum. It also works with the chroniclas of Mnichovo Hradiště, memories of citizens and handwirtten memories of the citizens. Used also contemporary local newspapers. The theme of this master's thesis is "Marketing of the Vrchotovy Janovice Chateau". The Vrchotovy Janovice Chateau is one of the exhibitions of the National Museum outside Prague. The introductory part analyses the history of the castle from the point of view of its potential for marketing strategies. Another part deals with number of visitors of the castle as an important measure of successful marketing. Furthermore the thesis concentrates on application of the marketing tools and it analyses marketing of the castle by using SWOT analysis. The inseparable part of the thesis is a survey of the "chain guidance" and of the public awareness of the existence of the castle. The aim of the master's thesis is to evaluate the marketing potential of the Vrchotovy Janovice Chateau and its park, consider its current marketing tools and suggest improvement solutions for the future. This master thesis is a programmer's guide book of a concurrent programming on the Java 8 platform. Concurrency brings additional issues that cannot occur in single-threaded ap-plications. One of the thesis' objectives is to analyze these issues and introduce several principles that, in case they are properly followed, help to create flawless and well-behaving concurrent applications. Another goal of this thesis is to describe the Java con-currency programming from the theoretical point of view. Firstly, the thesis is focused on basic thread development and synchronization issues. Later, it introduces the features and instruments that are provided by Java 5 and higher versions. The theoretical passages are enriched by practical examples that perform discussed features and help to clarify some specific issues. The thesis is written in Czech language and covers large set of concurrency topics from the very basics through the utility libraries to modern instruments present in Java 8.

This diploma thesis deals with current and future position of the Jezeří Chateau in tourism. The aim of the thesis is to describe existing tourist utilization of the chateau, to evaluate tourist importance of the chateau in the Podkrušnohoří region and to propose measures for improvement of provided services and further development of tourism at the chateau. Theoretical part of the thesis contains introduction to the tourism issues of the Czech Republic and the Podkrušnohoří region. Analytical part of the thesis evaluates the Jezeří Chateau as tourist attraction, deals with attendance of the chateau and makes comparison with competitor subjects. The thesis includes questionnaire survey realized among visitors of the chateau. The final chapter includes SWOT analysis of the Jezeří Chateau and recommendations for the future based on the observed facts.

This master thesis is focused on the renewal of the castle Olešná and its further comercial and cultural utilisation. In 2013 the castle was bought by its current owners who plan its complete renewal. The castle is currently in bad condition. First part of the thesis concentrates on theory. It offres definition of cultural tourism, part of which is the visit of castles. Further on, the cultural heritage of the Czech Republic and its protection is defined. Second part of the thesis is focused on assessing the current state of the monument and its importance for the tourism in Rakovnicko region. The main object is to propose specific suggestions for future management of the castle.

The study deals with the reconstruction and appropriate functional use of the castle in Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou. The castle is conveniently located in the city center but is in a state of emergency and can not be used at present. The design offers a new use of the historical premises of the castle and the whole area. The goal is to make the castle available to local residents and tourists.

The aim of this diploma thesis is the development of the information system of the Valeč castle. The first part describes the location. The second part is focused on the gained data. The third part describes the development of the database and the data it contains. The fourth part describes the process of the information system development. The result is the information system which will be used for the administration of the technical security.

The aim of this master’s thesis is to create an architectural study of restoration and renewal of the Ivanovice na Hané chateau and a proposal of a rearrangement of the adjacent park. The chateau is currently owned by the Bioveta company and is not utilized in any meaningful way. The proposed concept arises from the requirements and initiatives of the current owner, who wishes to revitalize the area and transform it into a presentable seat of the company. The design is based on constructional-historical research and other analyses to maximize the preservation of the object’s historical values along with fulfilling the client’s needs and enriching the social life of the community.

This master’s thesis focuses on the reconstruction and new making use of Moravský Krumlov Chateau. The chateau’s premises include multi-purpose halls, leisure centres for the city’s inhabitants, a hotel and exhibition showrooms for tourists. The main idea was to design a “Chateau for the City”, that is to reconstruct the isolated chateau so that it meets the practical needs of the inhabitants of Moravský Krumlov. The new constructions of geometric shapes are designed to impress and, at the same time, reflect the needs of the operation of the chateau complex.
