5 Abstract This diploma thesis deals with nature of loess's structural bonds. Research part of the thesis aims to clarify types of bonding forces that interact between particles and what effect these forces have on overall strength of the loess. Next equally important objective was to resolve(clarify) what causes weakening of these bonding forces leading to reduction in soil volume, which may result in complete collapse of its entire structure. As part of the research, loess samples undergone significant amount of laboratory analyzes in order to expand knowledge about its grain size and mineral composition to achieve better understanding regarding behavioral mechanisms working inside the studied soil. Peak practical part experiment was performed as an analysis on loess samples during air pressure conditions and vacuum to determine which of the coupling forces have the most significant effect on the final strength of loess's structure. This master thesis deals with the issue of family housing. As model project was chosen housing unit in elevated ground floor, which is intended for young family with two children. The first theoretic part is containing more details about matters of family housing, living in family house and specific matters related to designing of private interior. The practical part contains design of housing unit in the family house itself. Solution of design emphasizes functionality and aesthetics of design and also complies wishes and demands of clients at the same time was designed. The last part of the thesis presents design of particular atypical element, which has been created with all the requirements, like its design, construction solution and material costs.

The diploma thesis process current literature dealing with partial deleafing around grapes during vegetation period with manual and mechanized method and its impact on sugar and acid level in grapes. Deleafing the plant around the grapes during vegetation season may lead to higher quality of the grapes. It is, however, necessary to know basic deleafing rules. An excessive deleafing leads to overexposing the grapes. Such exposure causes negative effects, for example sunburn. Optimal deleafing (1-3 leaves and shoots around the grapes) exposes the grapes in an ideal way and they are warmed. The warming reduces the malic acid level and allows better sugar production. Mechanized deleafing of the grape area is quicker and faster. Unfortunately with this method grapes might be damged which often leads to fungal diseases. The manual method is very time consuming but it comes with careful way of deleafing. A variety sensitive deleafing of grapevine is recommended. Weather and station are also important factors. The most importnant factor is the date of deleafing. The work in wineyard demands manpower and it is time consuming. Still it pays off as this diploma thesis shows.

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku průmyslových zón na území České republiky. Věnuje se jejich vzniku, vývoji i předpokládané budoucnosti. Hodnotí význam průmyslových zón v rámci hospodářství České republiky obecně i v rámci regionů, kde tyto zóny existují. Rozebírá a shrnuje i programy podpory rozvoje průmyslových zón jako nástroje aplikace myšlenek existence jejich fungování. Je diskutována jejich role ve vztahu k sociálním aspektům a aspektům zaměstnanosti. Komplexně nastiňuje socioekonomický dosah jejich existence v kontextu vývoje našeho státu.

Diplomová práce se zabývá trhem práce v Ostravě. Charakterizuje ostravský region a posuzuje výchozí pozici Ostravy před začátkem transformace. Popisuje vývoj trhu práce od roku 1990 do roku 2006. Současná situace na trhu práce je detailněji popsána ve třetí kapitole spolu s její vazbou na výši mezd a volební preference. Politika zaměstnanosti spolu s Evropským sociálním fondem jsou aplikovány na podmínky trhu práce v Ostravě. Práce je ukončena kapitolou zabývající se tvorbou nových pracovních míst v průmyslových zónách a dotazníkovým šetřením provedeným s odborníky na trh práce v Ostravě

Práce se zaobírá rozborem a posouzením dopadu vzniku a rozvoje průmyslových zón na společnost, podnikatelské subjekty a na životní prostředí v regionech, kde se nacházejí. Práce je zaměřena na analýzu současné situace v kraji Vysočina, hodnotí dopady průmyslových zón z pohledu veřejnosti a z pohledu investorů. Konkrétně je zacílena na zpracování problematiky v mikroregionu Velké Meziříčí.

The diploma thesis deals with the reclamation and rehabilitation of former mining area in the cadastral municipality Bačice. The theoretical part focuses on the reclamation issues themselves, summarizes the broader territorial relations and characteristics of the mining area. The second part describes in detail the three proposals of the recovery solution and the possibility of subsequent use of the site for recreational purposes. The thesis also includes mapping and design of the various options and technical objects. The aim of the proposals was to keep close to nature forest steppe character of the locality while encouraging recreational use of the area.
