The aim of my master thesis is the research and comparison of knowledge level of the Czech and British managers and also the research of an influence of British managers on the organizational structure in the Czech company. I tried to find some recommendations for both Czech and British managers how to improve the relationship between them, and how to help British managers to join the Czech company and how to better adapt themselves on the Czech culture. The first part of my master thesis is only theoretical. In the following part I focus on evaluation of the questionnaires. In conclusion I summarize the obtaited data and information.

Master thesis is focused on the economy of Australia. It consists of characteristic of state form and political situation, membership in international organizations and demography. The thesis comprises also characteristic of sectors of economy and entrepreneurship environment including infrastructure and legislative. Apart from this, also historical development (1990 to 2007), economy in present crisis (2008 and 2009) and future forecast are evaluated. International trade is also analyzed in the thesis, mainly its commodity and territorial structure, foreign investment and trade partners' relations. The conclusion of master thesis comprises SWOT analysis, which results in stating of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats concerning Australian economy.

This paper deals with economic relations between the Czech republic and Italy. It focuses on problems of Italian economy and its macroeconomic development, analyses the trade exchange between these two countries from the foundation of the Czech republic to the present.It deals with the conditions that must be fulfilled when entering italian market, compares the business style of managers from both countries and introduces the basic activities that has to be made for succesful cooperation between Italy and the Czech republic.

Thesis examines the trade development in the Visegrad countries, the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Poland and Hungary through the detailed analyses of their historical trends in GDP, currency and inflation, and foreign trade. The timeline of their trade development was split into two periods: during communism and after the collapse of communism. The study showed that the Visegrad countries' trade was concentrated mostly within the CMEA countries and their trade relations with the West were restricted which held them back from their earlier integration into the EU and also kept down their economic growth for several decades. Their economies were centrally planned and state held monopoly over foreign trade which caused them to be much less competitive on world markets. The period after the collapse of their communist regimes involves their transition to market economy and their full integration into the EU with the increasing share of the EU in their foreign trade. The analysis of this period emphasizes the importance of the openness of their economies in their gained economic growth. Another purpose of the study was to look into their trade perspectives with the economic projections and their future accession into the Eurozone. Visegrad countries' cooperation in attracting FDI into the region was also found important for their economic stabilization and future growth in today's competitive world.

This study is titled Colombia Foreign Policy Making: the influence of non-state actors and its main purpose is to analyze the influence of Non-State actors, violent type and Human Rights NGOs, in the Colombian Foreign policy behavior. It is divided into three respective sections -- a Constructive theoretical framework, the directions of the Colombia Foreign Policy, and the practical part to find the influence of Non-state actors in Colombia Foreign Policy behavior. It strives to answer how Colombian Foreign Policy behavior it's affected by Violent Non-state actors negatively and by Human Rights NGOs.

This paper analyzes contemporary foreign relations of Egypt. In the first part of the thesis theoretical basis of the Tahrir revolution is discussed. The second part analyzes the impact of this event on the foreign policy position of Egypt in international relations on the example of relations with the United States, the European Union, including a separate analysis of the Egyptian-Czech relations, and the countries of the Gulf and the Middle East. Although two groups of actors changed representing the ruling elite - the military, the Islamists and the army again, both of them eventually apply the same approaches in the context of the foreign policy. This approach is characterized by particularly strong ties to the country's traditional partners, especially the U.S. and the rich Gulf states.

This thesis provides an overview of the development of international migration in the Czech Republic to determine the aspects affecting migration. The Czech Republic has become a destination country for many immigrants, not only from the European Union, but also from countries outside the European union. The main goal of this paper is to outline the development of migration movements in the Czech republic before 1989 and in the context of legislative and methodological changes that occurred after 1989. The paper also describes the changes in international migration movements between 2002 -- 2012 in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. These countries belong to the alliance called the Visegrad four. In recent years, they became a new place of migration flows, particularly from countries with less developed economies. The aim is to determine the evolution of selected indicators of migration to identify connections between the selected countries given to their common historical and legal aspects.

The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the possible forms of entry on foreign markets. Various inputs are compared according to an advantages and disadvantages. Diploma thesis is focused on trading with West Africa, particularly with Nigeria. Therefore I will bring the importance of the process of discussions and negotiations with respect to awareness of differences in cultural aspects of the negotiations and contracts. In conclusion, I refer to the establishment of a specific joint venture in Nigeria. Any input options on the international market are assessed in the context of trade in goods.

My master thesis analyses the transformation process of the Czech Republic in the field of foreign-trade relations. In the first part focuses on analysis of foreign trade under centrally planned economy and on development of relations with the most important groups of countries. The second part deals with transformation of foreign trade. I attend to particular periods of transformation process, development commodity and territorial structure. Further I deal with changes that came with the EU accession.Very actual is also financial crisis and effect on Czech trade. Conclusion of my master thesis evaluates export support in the time of financial crisis.

Práce analyzuje charakter nákladů a přínosů poskytování investičních pobídek v České republice. Základní tezí práce je, že pobídky představují velmi drahou a riskantní metodu lákání zahraničních investic. Práce identifikuje jednotlivé typy nákladů, které jsou s poskytováním investičních pobídek spojeny. Jádrem analýzy nákladů je aplikace teorie spontánního řádu F. A. Hayeka. Poskytování investičních pobídek je kritizováno též z hlediska alternativních aktivit, kterými může vláda působit na zvýšení relativní atraktivnosti České republiky pro investory. Autor posuzuje relativní atraktivnost České republiky s využitím výsledků multikriteriálního hodnocení států Světové ročenky konkurenceschopnosti.
