The Master´s thesis analyses financial situation of the entrepreneurial entity. It includes analysis of financial ratios and selected bankruptcy models, based on whose steps leading to assurance of stability and prosperity of entrepreneurial activities were proposed.

The main aim of my diploma thesis is to choose the most sutaible option of loan financing of business activities of individual in simulated conditions. The first part is followed to summary of theoretical knowledges about loans issues which are loan analysis specifically interest, loan application, repayment, protection, risks and types of loans, then loan markets, loan unions and central bank and loans. The second part is aimed to analysis of specific cases of getting loans, morgages and leasing for entrepreneurs and citizens and it´s following evaluation. Then there is comparison of the best options. In conclusion of this part there are analysis and all the results of current situation of getting loans for entrepreneurs in Czech republic.

This master’s thesis is concerned with the static load capacity assessment of the reinforced concrete facility in the sports and recreational compound Kraví Hora in Brno, which is up to be reconstructed. The thesis aims to define the main areas SME applicants for business risk insur-ance are judged on from the perspective of the providers of various guarantee in-struments in the Czech Republic. After studying the theoretical basis, analysis was done of the procedures that commercial banks, insurance companies and the state sector use to assess the creditworthiness of applicants seeking a guarantee for their business transactions. Another step was the identification of common factors that are taken into account in assessing creditworthiness across the sectors. Using benchmarking, a comparison was made to identify the differences between individual providers, followed by a proposal for a partial improvement in the procedures for providing contractual guarantees for business risks. Based on the results of partial analyses, a methodical procedure was proposed for commercial insurers for evaluating applicant creditworthiness. The proposed methodology was verified by applying it to a selected SME in the Czech Republic. The main benefit of the thesis is the identification of the key factors that influence the procedure for approving applications for guarantee products, and also a range of specific recommendations intended to make such procedures more effective from the perspective of both an applicant and a provider of these services.

This diploma thesis deals with the proposal of the enforcement system for the company. The literary research is focused on basic legal regulations in the area of securing and debt collection. In the practical part, the current state is evaluated first in these areas. Thereafter, procedures are designed to prevent the emergence of outstanding receivables as well as individual methods of recovery.

Bank guarantee Even after recodification of the private law in the Czech Republic, the bank guarantee remains an important means of covering risk; mostly due to its universal nature. The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive view on the topic of bank guarantees, especially in light of the new Civil Code. The work will focus on defining the nature of the bank guarantee, as well as the ties between the subjects of the relationship formed within bank guarantees, and its basic principles. I have chosen this subject matter, as the bank guarantee remains pertinent, not only in foreign trade, but also in the Czech Republic, as evidenced by legislation such as the Public Procurement Act, the Act on Public Auction, or in the Customs Law. However, the most important role of bank guarantees remains in international trade, where in addition to market risk and performance risk of the contractual counterparty, a territorial risk prevails. - The issue of the concept of criminal custody The thesis provides a comprehensive overview of selected issues relating to criminal custody, one of the means of securing an accused person for the purposes of criminal proceedings and sentence execution, provided for in the Act on Criminal Procedure. After a concise introduction, the thesis examines the historical development of custody as regulated in the Act No. 141/1961 Coll., on Criminal Procedure. Limits of restricting personal liberty are then discussed from the viewpoint of the Czech Constitution and international commitments of the Czech Republic. The principle part of the thesis deals with material and formal custody law. It defines the term 'custody' and elaborates on the conditions of the imposition of custody, especially with regard to the particular grounds of custody. This thesis deals mostly with regulation of bank guarantee in Czech law, as well as with regulation on international level. The main aim of this work is to provide a complete perspective on bank guarantee, definition of its typical elements and its subjects and relations between the subjects, and to make classification of different kinds of bank guarantees. The work is divided into 12 main chapters and a great number of subchapters. Chapter one deals with a risk that is closely connected with bank guarantee, as bank guarantee is mostly used to secure risks. Chapter two is dedicated to historical development of bank guarantee and to previous regulation in the Code of International Business.
