The aim of this paper is to identify and present the way of corporate social responsibility, which brings about real competitive advantage to a company. It is characterised by how deeply embodied is CSR in the corporate strategy, how is CSR communicated within the company and how are its employees involved in CSR activities. The first part of this paper focuses at CSR and internal communications and also introduces some of the current trends, e.g. partnership of businesses, public sector and NGOs in solving social issues or the use of storytelling in internal communication. This part also presents the role of employee engagement as a key factor in achieving competitive advantage. The second part of this paper comprises of analysis and comparision of CSR strategies, internal communication of CSR and employee engagement in CSR in T-Mobile and Vodafone in the Czech Republic.

The tradition, which are for city important and based on them. They are, for example, folk songs, costume, feast, dialects and all that yet remained of the past. Affection is the quality of the architecture, which, although already expired, but still her remains remain. And the last password understanding, and especially in chanting traditions, the preservation of its values, grasping and grappling or finding your uniqueness. At work I dedicate spaces around Kyjovka from Boršov the south end of the city. I try to just flow so neprotékal, but to engage in the urban environment of Kyjov. I have several places that I've re-energise, give them value and use the reserves for the thickening building. These spaces have a new application and are a place to stop, lift up the city and open to visitors and current residents. Kyjovka communicates not only with parks, but even with the new buildings and its features, you will be able to get closer to the stream and found in it a place to rest, but also to entertain or to walk.

This thesis deals with the problem of GNSS. The document will attempt to illustrate some possible sources of error and their corrections. The main characteristics of SBAS and GBAS are described. The aim of this work is to design GBAS interconnection

This work deals with theory of switched power sources. There is description of the ways for connection and their practice purposes. In the next parts there are defined requirements on input supply circuit for these sources, especially for the form of output current. There are mentioned the basic connecting methods of PFC circuits and these methods modify the output current to meet the requirements of specification ČSN EN 61000- 3- 2. In the next parts there are shown simulations of PFC circuits made by Pspice application. Further is the basic description of sources construction for the sources which were used for testing and measuring. The final part deals with evaluation of the measuring on the chosen computer’s source. It compares between the manufacturer’s solutions and PFC circuit made by ourselves.

My thesis is focused on Angola, its participation in international trade and business relations with Czech republic. Especially it presents Angola from economic point of view, its current standing in the world and how it is participating in international trade. Not least it analyses mutual business relations between Angola and Czech republic. It covers their possible future development too. The aim of my thesis was to describe and analyse these highlights.

The purpose of the presented research is to identify these of the areas that significantly matter for the strong positive correlation between the Employee Enagement and the Service Quality in a particular business case concerning business process improvement of an order management team in a multinational company. The significant areas are identified through a correlation analysis of the answers to an online survey. The results are used for further Measurement, Analysis, Improvement and Control of the key areas identified. The main findings are aimed to serve as a scientifically validated plan of action for the group in charge for the business process improvement in the order management team which is studied. Particularly, recommendations are provided how to increase the First Time Right performance metrics of the order management team through focus on the Define part of the DMAIC model in the Six Sigma methodology for business process improvement. Main findins: there is evidence for strong significant positive correlation between the employee engagement and the service quality factors in the answers of the respondents to the online survey questions; the team members' perception of the leadership style is positively correlated with their perception of the service quality.

The thesis deals with observation of cells parameters. One of the potential solutions for observing the characteristics of cells are utilization the electrochemical analyse called voltametry. Its fundamental consists of loading variable voltage in between two electrodes dipped in electrolytic solution and monitoring flowing current. The point of the thesis is to build up the measuring workplace, which can provide this measurement. We suggest utilization of modern laboratory technique and connection the measuring instruments with PC. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical knowledge of used functions and describes theirs mathematics definitions. The second part deals with proceeding of workplace realization, instrument connection with PC and development application in computer’s language. Result is measuring workplace, which can provide observing cells according to entered parameters.

In the first two parts are theoretically described mixers (subharmonic mixer) and topology suitable for implementation. Another work describes the design subharmonic mixer. The proposal is implemented in the program Ansoft designer. DPS is created in Eagle or in Ansoft Designer. The mixer is designed and implemented first on the lower frequency and consequently at higher frequencies (24,048 GHz and 47,088 GHz). Work also includes the measurement results of the mixer.

This thesis is devoted to strategic planning of municipalities. To render the life cycle of the strategic document the diploma work uses process models of public policy and is dedicated to the problem of not implemented strategic plans of some cities in the Usti region. Study constructs and analyzes it as a publicly-political problem. This thesis identifies the views on the strategic plans in the cities where it exists, but is not systematically used to managing of the city.
