The introductory part of this diploma work contains a basic thought for the application of the heat pumps cascade connection and further I describe its function and define the notion of an optimum middle temperature.Then the direct comparison of two heats pumps cascade connection with an one-stage heat pump is shown there in a concrete example. The main part of the work is aimed to the determination of the most suitable variant for the heating and for the preparation of a hot service water in a benchmark family house. The systems of heatings are provided in options of a low-temperature floor heating and hot-water radiators. Both types of the heat pumps supply the warm to every heating system. It results into four possibles alternatives of the building heating.Besides of the alternatives mentioned above, a new variant of optimalised cascade connection was arisen during this work elaboration . The first stage of this connection which supplies the warm to the floor heating is disconnected out of the heating season and the second stage provides only a hot service water warming. The results of this work showed us that just this variant of a cascade connection causes savings in energy in comparison with an one-stage heat pump. In the conclusion of this work there are discussed the reached results and indicated the possibilities of a practical exploitation.

The master thesis includes a literature search, which is focused on questions around panel measure instruments for measuring analog voltage signals. There is the block diagram and the concept of measuring voltage values designed from collected information and defined requirements to the device. In the next step a design of the circuit diagram is created and published and consequently transferred into PCB. The whole board has been fabricated, assembled and tested. The firmware development starts with the definition of basic functional blocks for using of internal elements of the device, which is followed by the implementation of the Modbus slave station service routine. The top part presents graphical user interface on the device.

This thesis engages in the theme of early school-age pupil's home preparation for school particularly in collaboration between school, parents and child in the process of home preparation. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the relationship between adults and children in history. Hereafter we occupy with the child's socialization and evolutional aspects in preschool and younger school-age. We engage in the child's school entrance, school education and younger school-age children's home preparation from the view of the collaboration between the school, the family and the child in next chapters. The empirical part we address the attitudes of children and their parents to home preparation and the parent involvement in the home preparation in the first and second class. We are the most interested in the difference or the agreement in the given issue by the pupils of the first and second classes. The research is qualitative-quantitative composed. We devote to the theme from the point of the children in the qualitative part of the research and from the point of the children and their parents in the quantitative part. The thesis maps the ways of participation of Russian-speaking mothers on the Czech civil society. By means of in-depth interviews I learn what factors are required for the integration of the migrants and what make the integration difficult. I focus on fulfillment of the need of belonging to Czech civil society in the context of all other needs. The sense of belonging is specific for women because of their gender-dependent family role - a woman takes care of children and comes more often to contact with Czech society through them. She also assumes the role of a protector of the original culture and mother tongue. I study the influence of the ethnic identity of mothers on the integration of their children into the new environment and the role of the mothers in the upbringing of a new citizen. I also study whether the migrants need services of Czech and migrant non-profit organizations for their participation on Czech civil society, or whether they use help of their countrymen. How to invite men? Project Patron - the case study of engaging men in the areas of civic, public and private life which needs their deeper participation Abstract The support of engagement of men in the areas of civic, private and public life which showing the lack of their involvement becomes a topic in the last decade on the level of EU and some national states. But there is just little social research focused on the practical ways how to support the engagement of men in these areas. This paper offers the view from perspective of the studies of civil society - which is especially focused on the motivations to volunteering - combined with the perspective of the studies of men and masculinities. The core of this paper is a case study of the project Patron in which the adult men creates friendly-based relationships with the young men from the institutional care and help them to manage the leaving of this care to the "real life". The aim of this research is analyze the motivation of these men which leads to their participation on this project - mainly in the relations to the experience of manhood and masculinity. This master´s thesis deals with a design and simulation of an audio power phono amplifier using vakuum tubes. The frequency response of suggested solution should comply with the norm specified by RIAA. It also describes a vacuum tube basic description and also its advantages for audio applications and principle of usage a magnetodynamic pick-up. Last part contains a design of microprocessor system and power supply.

Distribution network 110 kV owned by E. ON in the area Otrokovice; powered by 110 kV and two variants of involvement contained.The first option is basic involvement, without the use of the bridge. The second option includes involvement with the bridge. The aim of this study is to compare; by calculating the steady-state network operation and short circuit conditions of the network, the involvement of these two options. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part consists of a description of the steady operation of networks of high-voltage and short circuit ratio calculations. Load flow calculations are described by the Gauss-Seidel and Newton iterative method. In the case of short-circuit conditions, the effects of their characteristic values, processes and various methods of calculation are described.In the second part, this theoretical knowledge is applied to input data and dispatching programme with the appropriate calculations of network operation and short circuit conditions. The calculated values are listed in the thesis, on the basis of which an evaluation of the two possible connections is made.

This thesis deals with desing of serial resonant converter with regulation output voltage in full bridge configuration like alternative power switching converter with pulse width modulation. The thesis includes analysis of serial resonant converter, desing power transformer, driving circuits. The thesis concludes with the functional converter and complete technical documentation.

Although induction motors are the simplest and most working reliability machines, is the identification of the parameters of their substituting circuit very difficult. There is solved the identification of the parameters of the substituting circuit in the T-network and ? –network in this work. The work also includes the proposal of magnetic circuit of the induction motor, the calculation of magnetizing and leakage inductances and resistances of the machine. The conclusion of the work is devoted to the sensitivity analysis of current and torque characteristics of induction motor upon the change of the single parameters of the substituting circuit.

Master's thesis proposes a new operation state of distribution network 22kV in Prostějov district after connection of the new Prostějov – Západ substation. The PASS DAISY OFF-LINE Bizon program is used to calculate power losses, optimal network possibilities, as well as to create a new model of Prostějov district's distribution network and to design a modification of a current state of given location. A description of this calculating and simulation program is also included in this paper. The theoretical part describes calculating methods of distribution network’s condition, with emphasis on mathematical method used by PASS DAISY OFF-LINE Bizon program, the modified Newton-Raphson method. The aim of this paper is to prepare technical documentation for E.ON company, with respect to new operation disconnection, planned overhead and cable lines of corresponding parameters. These changes in network's configuration will cause a new distribution of feeding areas. As a result, related changes of provided power from individual feeding points and changes of power currents in electric lines will occur. Due to new operation connection, a reduction of losses and, simultaneously, an improvement of voltage ratios are expected. One of the aims of this paper is to update network's model in PASS DAISY OFF-LINE Bizon program to match the current network’s state of a given area. The outcome of this work is a comparison between the current condition and the new operation condition, with new Prostějov – Západ substation connected, from perspective of distribution network's operator.
