Russian-speaking immigrant`s community in the Czech Republic is quite extensive and quite closed. A large proportion of this group includes university students whose civic engagement is an excellent indicator for assessing the level of integration into Czech society. The aim of this thesis is to find out how the young Russian-speaking immigrants participate in civil society in Prague and what potential obstacles to participation they have already had or may have. In addition, the large role is played by personal background and motivation of migrants. The history of the Russian migration in Czechoslovakia, integration theory and the theory of civic engagement are included in theoretical background. Design of the thesis is a qualitative research.

The thesis deals with the problem of large-capacity manipulation of large forgings with forging manipulator. It describes current techniques, their characteristics, advantages and disadvantages. Based on the analysis of these techniques, the thesis introduces design of the connection of the hydraulic circuit for the drive of the traveling traction wheels of the forging manipulator QKK 100 by ŽĎAS a.s. focusing on simplicity, trouble-free operation, efficiency, economy, change of speed and torque, and possibility of modification according to the current load.

Diplomová práce pojednává o využití portfolia pro sebehodnocení žáků ve třetím ročníku, které by mělo plnohodnotně sloužit k běžné diagnostice ze strany učitele a dále by mělo plnit funkci zpětné vazby pro žáka a rodiče při sledování jeho výsledků a pokroků. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vymezením pojmu sebehodnocení a práce s ním v jeho širším kontextu, zejména ve vazbě na hodnocení žáků a diagnostickou činnost učitele. Cílem diplomové práce je na základě teoretických poznatků a výzkumných dat navrhnout a zavést taková opatření, která by posunula stav již existujícího portfolia a sebehodnocení na kvalitativně vyšší úroveň jak po stránce obsahové, tak i v samotném po stránce obsahové i v samotném způsobu práce s ním. My diploma thesis is concerned with the scheme, constructive solution and implementation of the prototype and project. Via PC with the help of a circuit ASIX FT232BM, the prototype operates a ATTiny2313 microcontroller, which enables switching of the power part and PWM modulation outputs.The project describes operating by a programmable terminal AMIT APT3100(S) connected to a PC, and the wiring of a basic safety-loop and several measuring devices.

The theoretical part of the thesis scrutinizes the principles of awareness raising and noticing in language teaching. Furthermore, it focuses on their implementation in pronunciation teaching and examines the possible limitations to these approaches imposed by learners' age and level of cognitive development. The practical part presents a research which consists of designing a battery of pronunciation activities promoting noticing and awareness raising, followed by their pilotage in five different groups of elementary school pupils. The aim of the research is to determine whether the piloted activities result in young learners noticing the target pronunciation features. The results of the research suggest positive impact of the noticing and awareness raising activities even among the pupils at lower stage of cognitive development. The aim is to propose an update of the development plan of the town Nová Včelnice, cooperation with the community and the resulting priorities link with funding. In the theoretical part are the basic concepts - strategic managemenet of municipality, strategic planning of municipality, cooperation with community. In another part of theory is development plan - content plan and methodological possibilities. In the practical part is performed strategic analysis - socioeconomic analysis and SWOT. As the last in practical part is update of Programme of the development of the town Nová Včelnice. Development priorities are link with funding.

European company is a supranational form of public limited company. The aim of European Union was to make unified legal form for enterprises. The aim was not very successful because of disagreement of member states on employee participation. Also the fragmentation of legal frame of European company is too deep. The thesis analyse legal basis of European company and ways of its establishment. Examples from practice of Court of Justice of the European Union show difficulties in seat transfer before European company existed. Statistics and charts demonstrate unique position of Czech Republic. It is because of the absolutely highest number of established European companies, which is caused by trading trend with ready-made companies.

The aim of the thesis was to theoretically elaborate and practically solve the problems of cooperation and involvement of pupils in the centres of activities within the Step by Step program. Several methods were used to process this thesis. In the theoretical part, an overview of relevant information related to the topic was carried out on the basis of a search and by using a description method. The practical part was based on action research, which was carried out in the class of the author. The research was carried out as an unstructured observation and experiment, the outcomes were in the form of reflections. Based on reflections the centres of activities in the monitored class were improved, especially in the area of pupils' involvement and cooperation. Improved centres of activities based on the reflection of the original centres of activities have certainly led to improvements in the involvement and cooperation of pupils in the studied classroom. The aim of this diploma thesis is to compile a demonstration panel as an example of the functions of intelligent electrical installation KNX. One of the advantages of this system bus is the ability to use devices from multiple manufacturers. A total of 20 devices from 12 different manufacturers are used in this work. The work begins with an explanation of the principle on which the KNX system bus works, followed by a description of the equipment used and the electrical connection of the switchboard according to the wiring diagram. Next, how the whole panel was revived is described. The next chapter contains a detailed description of device programming in ETS, ie setting parameters for individual devices and assigning group addresses. The last chapter deals with visualization and remote control. It explains how a communication channel was created to connect the panel to a server from FlowBox. Using the web interface on this server, a visualization was created, which can be used to remotely control the entire panel from anywhere.

This diploma thesis deals with rebuild of manual drill-mill machine BF20L into CNC mill machine, 3D model of that and eventual control using PLC. All axes are powered by stepper motors, with encoders, connected to control cards and industrial computer from company Beckhoff. For this control is made full switchboard, supplemented by electrical wiring diagram. Program control along with visualization is made in software TwinCAT 3. Drill-mill machine can be controlled manually or automatically by program.
