Práce srovnává a hodnotí dostupnosti zdravotní péče České republiky spolu s dalšími zeměmi OECD podle vybraných indikátorů, jimiž jsou počty praktických lékařů, stomatologů a gynekologů na 1000 obyvatel a podíl výdajů na zdravotnictví k HDP, zdroje financování zdravotnictví a finanční pokrytí zdravotnických služeb.

Tato práce se zabývá ochranou osobních údajů ve zdravotnictví. mapuje historii ochrany osobních údajů od jejího zakotvení v právním řádu, poté přechází k obecné platné právní úpravě. V hlavní části práce je rozebírána zdravotnická dokumentace, co je jejím obsahem a její možné formy a podoby. S příchodem informačních technologií se nebezpečí zneužití nepovolanou osobou zvyšuje, práce se proto zabývá případy, ve kterých mohou především orgány vykonávající státní zájem přistupovat do zdravotní dokumentace, a to i bez souhlasu pacienta. Také je rozebrána možnost pacienta a jeho příbuzných nahlížet a pořizovat kopie dokumentace. Je zde popsán národní zdravotnický informační systém a potenciál elektronické dokumentace. V praktické části autor provedl průzkum veřejného mínění v oblasti ochrany osobních údajů ve zdravotnictví, který slovně i graficky interpretuje.

This thesis deals with the definition of the terms ethics, morals, and others. It also describes specific business issues in health care and health care entities in the Czech Republic. The thesis looks at corruption in the health sector, analyzes the available information about corrupt conduct in the Czech Republic and deals with recommendations on how to behave in corrupt conduct.

The Diploma thesis describes telecommunication market in Czech Republic and the most important telecommunication companies in Czech Republic and in the world. Also provides the marketing application of new technologies. The goal of diploma thesis is the proposal of product eHealth care from the health industry for T --Mobile company. This product will use technology with high added value could help T -- Mobile to get product with high added value to get to goal to prevent falling revenues.

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to find the differences among health care systems in the Czech Republic and other countries, which use Bismarck model and then suggest improvements for Czech health care system based on these differences. First of all the health care systems of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany and the Netherlands were analyzed. After that were these systems compared by quantitative indicators. The results of this thesis are suggestions such as growth of share of private expenditures on total health expenditures, recommendation of growth of wages and salaries in health care system or shifting health care mainly to general practitioners.

Although the health care in the Czech Republic is widely available and it is provided often on a high level, there is still a problem in medical facilities to keep a dignity of hospitalized people or their relatives. Particularly patients´ personal rights are often violated. Also, psychological dimensions of a treatment are often underestimated, which is most evident at the most vulnerable groups of hospitalized patients, such as minors, women in labour or dying people. If doctors violate their duties, only a small number of patients are seeking a justice in the court, either from a fear from financial costs of the litigation or a public stigmatization. At present, there might be a turning point in this situation. As of 1st April 2012 Act No. 372/2011 Coll., on the provision of health services, was adopted, that highly emphasises the patients´ right. The aim of the thesis was to summarize a current legislation to the given issue, to map knowledge of patients´ rights in the general public and to find out whether the rights are respected by the medical staff. The chosen method was a method of the quantitative research, a technique of a questionnaire survey. There was designed a questionnaire that ascertained a public awareness of patients´ rights, a process of instructions for patients and a provision of an agreement with the provided care. Respondents were inhabitants of the South Bohemian region older than 18 years. The research shows that respondents know their rights related to the provision of the health care especially in relation to the informed consent. However they consider the medical staff´s instructions to be insufficient. The research results proved that it is still necessary to put an emphasis on the education of the medical staff in the area of instructions for the patients on their health conditions and the care provided, on requirements of the informed consent, the way how to give instructions etc. It is necessary to encourage patients not to be afraid to say their doctor that they do not understand his/her way of the instructions on the intervention, to find a common consensus between patients´ and medical professionals´ demands.

This diploma thesis deals with the risks of working in the health sector. Workers in the health sector are divided into two groups. The first group are the health care professionals and other workers are in health care.Risks, which acts on the medical staff, are also divided into two groups. Specific risks form the first group, which includes primarily the risk of physical, chemical and biological. The second group-non-specific risks, which consists mainly of the shift work, psychological or physical stress, the hard working position, visual stress, allergies, etc. In the theoretical part are in detail described all the risks of acting on the medical staff.For the practical part was used quantitative research using public opinion survey. The questionnaire is made up of 35 questions, which prevailed by closed questions, but questions were used as semi-open and open. The research sample consisted of medical staff (doctors, nurses, laboratory technicians, female assistants, medical assistants and orderlies) from selected departments of the hospital Zatec and Most, without taking into account the representation of gender or type of department and city, and this without taking into account the representation of both sexes or the type department and cities. The questions were answered by a total of 100 respondents. In addition 3 hypotheses were established: H1. Statistically significant percentage of health professionals do not know what category of work are included - was confirmed. H2. On selected departments medics always reports injury that is caused by sharp instrument, to their manager - was refuted. H3. Treatment of biological material is selected on both healthcare facilities in accordance with the law no. 258/2000 Coll. , Section 62 (4 ) (c) and with the Decree No 306/2012 Coll. , § 5 - was confirmed.

This thesis is dealing with problems of eHealth specified on particular conditions on the territory of the Czech Republic in context of national economy. Positive and negative aspects of implementation of eHealth solution into health services is evaluated in theoretic part of thesis as well as dominative problems which faces development of eHealth in the Czech Republic. Fundamental plans of support eHealth in the European Union and Czech Republic are described as well. Practical part of thesis is concerned with particular projects of eHealth in the Czech republic. Evaluation of project IZIP is performed due to questionnaire inquiry among the doctors. The example of contribution of implementation eHealth solution into health services is shown on Oblastní nemocnice Mladá Boleslav, a.s.

The first part introduces the RFID technology and its application in the healthcare and pharma. The second part deals with the particular RFID application in the process of preparation and aplication of cytostatics at MOU. It includes process analysis, identification of areas where there is a lack in usage of technology potential, suggestions on how to increase the benefits of the implementation, as well as identification of factors that have impact on the valuation of RFID projects.
