[pt] Qual a relação entre educação e política? Através de Hannah Arendt e Paulo
Freire vamos tatear essa relação através da hipótese segundo a qual ambos os
pensadores citados conectam a educação e a política por meio da noção de
liberdade. Por vias distintas, a educação para ambos atravessa a noção de amor
mundi e almeja garantir o exercício da liberdade pública em seu vínculo
ontológico com o mundo e com os outros, e assim capaz de fortalecer os alicerces
da política e orientar relações mais comprometidas com a coexistência. Se o
sentido da educação é o exercício da liberdade, então, é possível afirmar que, a
partir de Hannah Arendt e Paulo Freire, não se pode conceber a educação como
politicamente neutra. Mesmo que o sentido político da educação apareça sob
diferentes perspectivas, propedêutico-político ou ético-político, está
invariavelmente a serviço da política, pois se manifesta através do amor mundi, na
responsabilidade e no compromisso com o cuidado e a renovação do espaço
público, em meio à coexistência humana. / [en] What is the relationship between education and politics? Through Hannah
Arendt and Paulo Freire, we intend to get in touch this relation starting with the
hypothesis that both thinkers connect politics and education across freedom
concept. In a different way, the education for the authors is crossed by amor
mundi notion, and seeks to guarantee the practice of public freedom in it all
ontological connection between the world and the others, strengthening the
foundations of politics and guiding a more committed coexistence relations. If the
sense of education is the practice of freedom, according to Hannah Arendt and
Paulo Freire, is possible to assume that education cannot be conceived as
politically neutral. Even if the political meaning appears upon different
perspectives, i.e. propeadeutic-political or ethical-political, it is invariably at the
service of politics, because throughout amor mundi it manifests itself, calling
responsibility and commitment with the renewal and care common world, in
human coexistence place.
