Uppsatsen handlar om hur pedagoger arbetar med barns inflytande i förskolan och hur det påverkar vardagen för barnen och pedagogerna. Syftet med mitt arbete är att synliggöra hur fyra pedagoger på två olika förskolor arbetar med barns inflytande i förskolan och deras synpunkter på området. Med det ville jag också ta reda på hur pedagogerna arbetar med barnens rättigheter i förskolan. Till detta lades användandet av demokrati i förskolan. Undersökningen har utgått från frågeställningarna: Vad betyder barns inflytande i förskolan för pedagogerna? Hur tänker pedagogerna kring barnens rättigheter? När får barnen vara med och bestämma i verksamheten? När kan barnen inte få inflytande i förskolan? För att besvara frågorna har intervjuer utförts enskilt med de fyra pedagogerna. Mitt resultat visar att pedagogerna dagligen arbetar med barns inflytande i förskolans verksamhet. Demokratiska principer tillämpas genom att barnen får rösta från förslag till aktiviteter och liknande givna av dem själva eller pedagogerna. Slutsatsen är att pedagogerna arbetar med att försöka se verksamheten utifrån ett barns perspektiv och utformar verksamheten så att den anpassas till barnens behov. / This essay concentrates around teachers work with children´s influence at the preschool and how that affects the days there for the children and the teachers. The purpose of the essay is to present how four educationalists placed at two different preschools work with childrens influence at the preschool and their point of wiev of the matter. With that I also wanted to expose how the educationalists work with childrens rights at the preschool and to that I added how democracy is used at the preschool. The investigation´s starting point was the questions: What does childrens influence at the preschool mean for the educationalists? How do the educationalists think regarding childrens rights? When can the children be included in dessisionmaking at the preschool? When is it not possible for the children to be included in the dessisionmaking? The four educationalists were intervjued seperately to get the most honest answers. The result showed that the educationalists work daily with childrens influence in the preschool. Democracy is implemented through childrens voting from choices of activities given by them selves or the educaionalists. The conclusion is that the educationalists try to see the oporation throung the eyes of a child and form the days to fit the needs of the children.
