Previous issue date: 2015 / Este trabalho tem como objetivo principal compreender como se dá a participação das mulheres nos grupos de produção agroecológica, organizados pela ARPA ? Associação de Produtores Agroecológicos, no Assentamento Roseli Nunes, município de Mirassol D´oeste, Estado de Mato Grosso. A pesquisa tem como propósito, identificar a valorização do trabalho dessas mulheres na construção dessa nova matriz produtiva, bem como trabalhar as temáticas relacionadas ao fortalecimento da Agroecologia e o empoderamento das mulheres envolvidas no cotidiano do trabalho. O estudo foi realizado a partir de cinco grupos de produção que ao longo de doze anos de existência, vêm enfrentando diversos desafios na própria produção de alimentos e nas relações pessoais que são estabelecidas. A pesquisa se caracterizou pela abordagem qualitativa. Na coleta das informações, priorizou-se a pesquisa de campo e entrevistas semiestruturadas, no entanto complementada com pesquisa bibliográfica. As entrevistas foram feitas na pesquisa de campo, sendo duas mulheres de cada grupo e três homens que também participam dos grupos, porém aleatoriamente. A abordagem é na perspectiva de obter informações e reflexões sobre a produção de hortaliças, com um olhar para a prática das mulheres camponesas inseridas nesses grupos de produção. São grupos que, ao longo da existência do Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra em Mato Grosso foram constituídos como forma de resistir às grandes vulnerabilidades da agricultura familiar e camponesa. A conclusão deste trabalho aponta para uma relativa valorização do trabalho, no entanto, há existência de limites relacionados à participação das mulheres nas atividades consideradas externas (reuniões, encontros, manifestações entre outras), o que acaba gerando uma certa desvalorização do trabalho feminino nesta atividade.<br> / Abstract : This paper aims to understand how women participate in the agroecological production groups, organized by ARPA - Associação de Produtores Agroecológicos (Agroecological Producers Association) in the Roseli Nunes Settlement, Mirassol D'oeste, State of Mato Grosso. The purpose of the research is to point out the recognition of the work of these women, in the formation of this new production matrix, as well as to study the issues related to the strengthening of Agroecology, and empowerment of women involved in the daily work. The study was conducted on five production groups, that, over the course of twelve years of existence, have been facing several challenges in their own food production and in the established personal relationships. The research had a qualitative approach. In the data collection, we prioritized field research and semi-structured interviews, however, it was complemented by literature. The interviews were conducted in the field of research, interviewing two women of each group and three men that are randomly also part of these groups. We intended to collect information and reflections regarding the production of vegetables, focusing on the work of rural women in these production groups. These groups, that throughout the existence of the Movement of Landless Rural Workers in Mato Grosso were established as a way to cope with the considerable vulnerability of family and peasant farming. The conclusion of this work, points to a relative appreciation of the work, however, there are limits related to women's participation in activities considered external (meetings, gatherings, manifestations, etc.), which ends up generating a certain devaluation of women's work in this activity.
