Previous issue date: 2013 / Esta dissertação busca descrever as circulações territoriais dos Wachiperi, povo indígena pertencente à família linguística Harakbut, e o panorama complexo das relações entre diferentes atores indígenas e não indígenas em torno da figura da conservação. Considerando que as relações sócio-politicas no território wachiperi ultrapassam o plano local, circulações territoriais, intercâmbios entre terras altas e baixas, guerras e alianças são retomadas a partir de referencias históricas e etnográficas e complementadas com dados da pesquisa. Apresenta-se o debate e os argumentos com os quais a questão do território se coloca novamente em primeiro plano na política indígena. Finalmente, coloca-se a figura da propriedade indígena wachiperi e os desafios de pensá-la no contexto atual, marcado pelas indeterminações da política peruana em relação ao território indígena. <br> / Abstract The present study tries to describe the territorial circulations of the Wachiperi, Amerindians which belong to the linguistic family of Harakbut, and the complex scenery of the relationships among different indigenous and non-indigenous actors related to the figure of conservation. Considering that the socio-political relationships in the Wachiperi territory overtake the local foreground, territorial circulations, interchange between high and low land, wars and alliances are reviewed from historical and ethnographical references and complemented with research data. The debate and the arguments are presented and they place again the territorial issue in the indigenous politics in first place. Finally the figure of indigenous property and the challenges of thinking about it in the current context are placed, marked by the indeterminacies of Peruvian politics in relation to indigenous territory.
