To verify how these learnings processes are occurring and what are the results also became a necessity to organizations and professionals who work and study these phenomena. The research on the evaluation of the process of Playback Theatre used as a training resource comes to contribute for the study of learnings processes and has as objective to identify the variables involved, the way these variable intervene in the process and which results provide to its participants. In the present study the method of data collection was direct comment - filming of an activity of Playback Theatre, and by a questionnaire answered by the participants one day after the activity. In the examination and interpretation of the data concepts like the Analysis of Behavior had been used. The results of the analysis demonstrate that the process of Playback Theatre is complex and involves behaviors of several natures. Such behaviors englobe the participation of elements of the auditorium telling histories to be performed by the group, the stages of these histories, that are emphasized by music and sounds, and finish with the evaluation by the participants on the perception of what was told and performed. All these processes are constituted by variable that exists in the surrounding situation whose main aspect is the behaviors of everyone involved: director, actors, musicians and participants of Playback Theatre (including the narrative protagonist). These behaviors establish a process of interaction and interdependence in which the possible results are given by these behavior interactions (for example: to tell, to stage, to evaluate, among others). The conclusions indicate that the Playback Theatre, when used as a training resource, is capable to produce learnings that are able to compared with the real situations very closed to an artificial way, in which it is possible to identify important aspects to be developed by participants. In such a way, its use can be recommended for the beginning of learnings processes in behaviors of more complex nature and next to the apprentice reality. The importance of magnifying this study and its comparison with similar processes, and the necessity of a formation for the psychologists who develop activities as of the Playback Theatre or similars, so they can have a better use of the resources and reach of the learning objectives in which the processes of behaviors interaction are the main constituent, are also distinguished.
