A partir do estudo de três textos de Walter Benjamin, Experiência e Pobreza (1933), Sobre alguns temas em Baudelaire (1939) e Sobre o conceito de história (1940), este trabalho constitui-se numa interrogação sobre o sentido da experiência, em seu caráter formativo na modernidade. Refletir acerca da necessidade contemporânea de reconstrução da experiência formativa, no horizonte de degradação e de esfacelamento da vida histórica moderna, é, pois, a tarefa aqui proposta. Nesse sentido, trata-se de mostrar em que medida o pensamento de Benjamin, fundamentado na perspectiva da “crise da tradição”, pode ser abordado a partir dos ideais da Aufklärung e, por conseguinte, da formação cultural (Bildung) moderna. Assim, esta reflexão move-se em direção ao esforço de pensar aproximações e contrastes entre o conceito de experiência benjaminiano e o projeto moderno da Bildung. Portanto, o delineamento de um novo campo de atuação da Bildung, pensado a partir do conceito de experiência benjaminiano, incide na tentativa desta pesquisa de se projetar como um estudo pautado pelas prerrogativas e indagações da Filosofia da Educação. Sob esse aspecto, o objetivo deste estudo é apontar algumas nuances do novo conceito de educação que vem sendo forjado, no contexto da contemporaneidade, questionadas sua identificação com a escolarização e com a temporalidade linear e causal de uma concepção de história concebida como desenvolvimento progressivo. / This research studies the Benjaminian concept of experience (Erfahrung) and its relationship with the idea of Modern Cultural Formation (Bildung). Departing from the study of three texts by Walter Benjamin, Experience and Poverty (1933), On Some Motifs In Baudelaire (1939) and On The Concept of History (1940), this paper based itself on an interrogation of the meaning of experience in its formation of modernity. Therefore the purpose of this work is to reflect on the contemporary necessity of the reconstruction of the formative experience, at the degrating horizon and the deterioration of the historic modern life. In this sense, it shows in what measure Benjamin´s thinking and thoughts, founded on the perspective of “the crisis of tradition” can be approached from the ideals of “Aufklärung” and concequently of the modern cultural formation (Bildung). Therefore these reflections try to think of aproximations and contrasts between the concept of the Benjaminian experience and the modern project of Bildung. Thus, creating an outline of a new field of intervention of the Bildung, steming from the Benjaminian concept of experience which then incises in the attempt of this paper to project itself as a research project, guided by the inquiries and investigations of the Philosophy of Education. In this aspect, this study points to some new educational concept nuances that have been forged in a contemporary context and questioned in its identification with the schooling and the causal linear temporality of history conceived as a progressive development.
