The problem and actuality of the research. The actuality of the problem is defined by the importance of child’s readiness for the school. The research is made to find out and to make the analysis of the pre-school children’s abilities. Various factors that affect children’s education can define different abilities at the beginning of the primary school. It might have a great impact for the further child’s education.
The subject of the research -the meaning of the pre-school education for the educational maturity.
The aim of the research – to define the meaning of the pre-school education for the educational maturity.
The goals of the research:
1. To analyse the pedagogical, psychological and methodical literature.
2. To define child’s real social, health care, communicative, cognitive and artistic abilities.
3. To evaluate and compare the educational maturity of the children living in the city and in the country.
4. To make recommendations for the teachers how to achieve higher abilities in education.
The methods of the research: discussion, observation, questionnaire, data analyses.
276 respondents took part in the research. 156 of them were pre-school children and 120 – were their parents. The research took place at the schools of Raseiniai town and district.
The structure of the work: the work consists of the introduction, the theoretical and practical parts, the findings, the list of literature, the recommendations. The work also has 15 charts and 15 pictures... [to full text]
