Denna studie handlar om hur användare av informationssystem inom last-mile-distribution som del av försörjningskedjan upplever deras digitala logistiksystem. Genom en syntes av mjuka-systemmetodologi [SSM] (Eng: Soft-systems-methodology) och Nielsens 10 designprinciper granskas hur de digitaliserade systemen idag inom försörjningskedjan karaktäriseras och upplevs. Det empiriska resultatet samlades in genom en kombination av både intervjuer och enkäter med sex olika deltagare med erfarenhet inom försörjningskedjan. Resultatet av studien visade på att användare av logistiksystemen idag har problem primärt inom tre områden: informationsöverblickar, åtgärdandet av fel samt inkonsekvens mellan system. Studien avslutas med en diskussion kring resultatet och hur de olika problemområdena hänger ihop, vilket presenterar några riktlinjer som kan vara av intresse inom analyser av informationssystem inom last-mile-distribution. / This study is about how users of information systems in last-mile distribution as part of the supply chain experience their digital logistics system. Through a synthesis of soft-systems methodology [SSM] and Nielsen's 10 design principles, how the digitized systems today within the supply chain are characterized and experienced is reviewed. The empirical results were gathered through a combination of both interviews and questionnaires with six different participants with experience in the supply chain. The results of the study showed that users of logistics systems today have problems primarily in three areas: information overviews, fixing errors and inconsistencies between systems. The study concludes with a discussion of the results and how the various problem areas are connected, which presents some guidelines that may be of interest in analyses of information systems within last-mile distribution.
