Demonstrar também que a ACS não é um procedimento apenas de intervenção no estudo da psicologia do trabalho, mas um gênero complexo secundário da comunicação, o qual o Professor Coordenador (PC) pode fazer uso para o seu desenvolvimento profissional no ambiente escolar. A análise do trabalho, por meio da linguagem, é sustentada teoricamente pela abordagem bakhtiniana do discurso, que engloba os conceitos de interação verbal, enunciado, dialogismo, tema, estilo, historicidade do sentido, gênero e a translinguística. Dentro desse quadro teórico, os postulados linguísticos hallidianos, com base na linguística sistêmico - funcional, foram utilizados como teoria complementar para a realização da análise translinguística, estabelecendo as relações dialógicas entre os enunciados e os elementos extralinguísticos da situação de comunicação. E, para concluirmos, verificamos como as dimensões do trabalho, (trabalho prescrito, trabalho realizado e trabalho real), aportes teóricos da Clínica da Atividade, definiam o trabalho do PC e como a questão do ressentimento poderiam ser observados nos enunciados. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The main objective of this thesis is to demonstrate the reinterpretation of the work of Professor Coordinator of a public school of the State of São Paulo through linguistic analysis sessions of simple self-confrontation (SSC). It is also demonstrates that SSC is not just an intervention procedure in the labor study of psychology, but a secondary complex communication genre, which Professor Coordinator (PC) can use for their professional development in the school environment. The analysis of the work, through language, is supported in theory by Bakhtin's approach to discourse, which encompasses the concepts of verbal interaction, utterance, dialogism, theme, style, historicity of meaning, gender and lingual. Within this theoretical framework, the hallidianos linguistic postulates, based on systemic linguistics - functional, were used as a complementary theory to the realization of linguistic analysis, establishing the dialogical relations between the statements and the extralinguistic elements of the communication situation. And to conclude, we see how the dimensions of the work (prescribed work, work and real work), theoretical contributions of Activity Clinic, defined the PC work and how the issue of resentment could be observed in the statements. As research methodology, we define a field research plan based on the realization of stages of simple self-confrontation at school. We present the description of the school and the school unit searched, as well as research subjects and the role of Professor Coordinator. Made explicit the objectives and research questions, doing some clarification on the demand and the establishment of the research group. The constitution of our corpus was when we started the interventional procedures in the research school, with filming of ATPC meetings.
