Previous issue date: 2008-03-12 / The world of the work comes passing for diverse structural changes in what it
says respect to the work relations and relations in the work. After the decade of
1980. The great technological changes had intervened seriously with these
relations. The city of Goiânia, as it could not leave of being, was not of is of this
context. Facing serious problems of unemployment and embrittlement in the
work relations, the people had searched ways alternative to guarantee its
survival and of its families. Using forms of association, between known or
people of the same family, they had been if forming productive groups, initially
in deep of yards, which had been growing and creating body of great
companies. In Goiânia, the sector that if detached in this process was of
confections, attracting for the city a great legion of consumers - sacoleiros, that
they disembark here of bus of tourism of diverse parts of Latin America, in
search of pretty and cheap clothes. This study it was developed in the direction
to analyze the great contribution that this economic sector brings for the city, as
well as serving of incentive for the too much people who want to exceed the
current working situation and if to overlap the terrible ghost of the
unemployment. / O mundo do trabalho vem passando por diversas mudanças estruturais no que
diz respeito às relações de trabalho e relações no trabalho. Após a década de
1980. As grandes mudanças tecnológicas interferiram seriamente nessas
relações. A cidade de Goiânia, como não podia deixar de ser, não ficou de fora
desse contexto. Enfrentando graves problemas de desemprego e fragilização
nas relações de trabalho, as pessoas buscaram caminhos alternativos para
garantir a sua sobrevivência e de suas famílias. Usando formas de associação,
entre conhecidos ou pessoas da mesma família, foram se formando grupos
produtivos, inicialmente em fundos de quintais, os quais foram crescendo e
criando corpo de grandes empresas. Em Goiânia, o setor que se destacou
nesse processo foi o de confecções, atraindo para a cidade uma grande legião
de consumidores sacoleiros, que desembarcam aqui de ônibus de turismo de
diversas partes da América Latina, em busca de roupas bonitas e baratas. Este
estudo foi desenvolvido no sentido de analisar a grande contribuição que este
setor econômico traz para a cidade, bem como de servir de incentivo para as
demais pessoas que queiram ultrapassar a atual situação trabalhista e se
sobrepor ao terrível fantasma do desemprego.
