Nesta filosofia política, o centro da nossa atenção é a definição de liberdade política e também as orientações para sua realização, sem que esta ação contrarie as condições de universalidade e imparcialidade que o público espectador exige para julgar os fatos. Nesse último ponto, indagamos se o juízo reflexionante estético é uma das vias para o efetivo exercício da liberdade política. Para isso, oferecemos uma interpretação da política que, sem desmerecer sua dimensão científica, valoriza a dimensão estética da política, e propõe considerá-la uma arte bela.
We begin this research with Hannah Arendt's suggestive interpretation, and we explore the thesis that claims the existence of a Kantian political philosophy, as well as the question if one may find its interpretative key in the Critic of judgment. With regard to this politic philosophy, the focus of our attention is on the definition of political freedom and also the orientations concerning its realization, without antagonizing the conditions of universality and impartiality that the public/spectator demands in order to judge the facts. Regarding this last point, we inquire if the aesthetic reflexive judgment is one of the ways to realize an effective exercise of political freedom. To this end, we offer an interpretation of politics that, without devaluating its scientific dimension, values its aesthetic dimension and suggests to considerate it as a beautiful art.
