Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva uppdragstaktikens uppkomst och bakgrund samt när börjadeden tillämpas i Sverige som ledningsfilosofi och på vilket sätt bidrar dagens officersutbildningssystemtill att uppdragstaktik kan används i den svenska försvarsmakten. Med ledningsfilosofiavses ett förhållningssätt, mer än bara en metod. Inom ramen för syftet är följande frågeställningarintressanta och värda att försöka besvara:• När uppstod uppdragstaktik och när började den tillämpas i Sverigesom ledningsfilosofi och således också som ledningsmetod?• På vilket sätt bör officersutbildningssystemet vara utformat ochstrukturerat för att säkerställa att de utbildade officerarna kan leda ochbli ledda enligt uppdragstaktikens grundtankar?• Är vårt officersutbildningssystem anpassat och utformat för att få fram officerare somanvänder uppdragstaktik som ledningsfilosofi och ledningsmetod? / It´s hard to find an equivalent meaning for the Swedish expressionUppdragstaktik in the English vocabulary. The German expression isAuftragstaktik and is rather easy to compare and understand from a Swedishpoint of view. The expression that lies near at hand is mission-type-orders ormission-order tactics. This paper is about Uppdragstaktik, or Auftragstaktik,or mission-order tactics and its connection to the Swedish system of trainingofficers. The purpose is to describe the origin and background of missionordertactics and when it started to be used in Sweden as a philosophy tocommand military units, but also in what way the Swedish system of trainingofficers contributes so that the philosophy can be used in the Swedish armedforces.In trying do that I have examined different levels of officers training byinterviewing both instructors and students in order to find out what they thinkabout how to train to fulfil the mission of producing officers who can act in asystem who is using mission-order tactics as its main philosophy forcommanding individuals and units.
