Previous issue date: 2005-05-13 / Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / In this work, I get the clinical experience developed within my professional life as an investigation object, focusing on the moments which guided to enlargements and / or to vertex changes in the direction of my clinical view. However, I intend to give visibility to used clinical devices, realized interventions and produced effects in the attendance of children with phychic suffering closed to moments and /or states of intellectual inhibition. The objective is to develop a reflection about the process of changing as to conceive and use Sara Paín and D.W.Winnicott s theoric referencials.
Initially, the serious study in determined referencial allowed to assume its theory or aspects and, later, to be applied to a determined objective, verifying its efficacy or possibility of throwing light on some phenomenon aspect at stake. In my experience, the theory is useful and it interests when it serves to make clear the clinic I propose, therefore, a transicional use of the clinical theory.
In the realized path, I could establish the relation between the intellectual inhibition and the theme of the significative communication, a conception which I inspired developed in the notion of Winnicott potential space. This conception revelead crucial in my clinical practice, for also having favored the overcoming of the children s difficulties and also for having disclosed how the ethinical bedding of my practice as analyst. The significative communication happens in the intersubjective therapeutical field, changing the subjectivity of the researcher-analyst into his clinical practice and in his understanding of the theories which use, at the same time that promotes the overcoming of the intellectual inhibition of the attended children. / Neste trabalho, tomo a experiência clínica desenvolvida ao longo de meu percurso profissional como objeto de investigação, focalizando os momentos que levaram a ampliações e/ou a mudanças de vértices na direção do meu olhar clínico. Para tanto pretendo dar visibilidade aos dispositivos clínicos usados, às intervenções realizadas e aos efeitos produzidos nos atendimentos de crianças com sofrimento psíquico ligado a momentos e/ou a estados de inibição intelectual. O objetivo é desenvolver uma reflexão sobre o processo de transformação no modo de conceber e usar os referenciais teóricos de Sara Paín e D.W.Winnicott.
Inicialmente, o trabalho de aprofundamento em determinado referencial permitia apropriar-me da teoria ou de aspectos dela e, num segundo momento, aplicá-la para determinado objetivo, verificando a sua eficácia ou a sua possibilidade de lançar luz sobre algum aspecto do fenômeno em jogo. Na minha experiência, a teoria é útil e interessa quando serve para iluminar a clínica. Proponho, portanto, um uso transicional da teoria na clínica.
No percurso realizado, pude estabelecer relação entre a inibição intelectual e o tema da comunicação significativa, concepção que desenvolvi inspirada na noção de espaço potencial de Winnicott. Essa concepção mostrou-se fundamental em minha prática clínica, por ter favorecido a superação das dificuldades da criança e também por ter se revelado como o fundamento ético de minha prática como analista. A comunicação significativa acontece no campo terapêutico intersubjetivo, transformando a subjetividade do pesquisador-analista em sua prática clínica e em sua compreensão das teorias que usa, ao mesmo tempo em que promove a superação da inibição intelectual das crianças atendidas.
