The purpose of this experience-based essay is to review the information flow between me, in my various roles at preschool, and childcare workers about information with the best interests of the child. More specifically, give each child the best possible conditions for development. This is at the forefront when, as in my essay, the child in question is an exposed child in need of a stimulus site and I think about what and how much information is ethically correct to convey to the work team in order for the child to have the best possible conditions for development and learning at preschool. In my thesis, I am based on literature that captures ethics, leadership issues and practical knowledge in order to illustrate the dilemma from different angels. With my writing I will put different theories against each orhet ans see what consequences my actions will have and what ethical dilemmas I face. The writing has forced me to reflect on all individuals bearing on their own experiences and frame of reference. These are reflected in each individual´s behavior when we meet children with different conditions in the preschool world. My essay has given me greater insight into the probelms surrounding the flow of information.
