empreendidos pelo Banco Santander - no contexto da finança mundializada -
transformaram a inserção produtiva, a divisão do trabalho, o controle e a
representação do trabalho para os bancários do município de Salvador, a partir dos anos 2000. Discute-se, então, a tese de que a financeirização da economia acirrou a exploração do trabalho, intensificando o processo de precarização do trabalho bancário. Para a construção deste estudo de caso único, de cunho descritivo, optamos pelo método da análise do conteúdo. Partimos, inicialmente, do
levantamento bibliográfico e documental para análise e interpretação. A seguir, com o objetivo de ampliar a abordagem, buscamos análise dos conteúdos das entrevistas com bancários, dirigentes sindicais, Juízes do Trabalho e funcionários públicos, vinculado ao Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego (MTE). A fim de ilustrar os indicadores levantados, utilizamos também o método do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo (DSC), que consiste em uma forma de explicitar a percepção de um determinado grupo social, tendo como referência a sua inserção em processos estruturais que conformam as atuais formas de produção e reprodução do capital. A pesquisa de campo, com os trabalhadores bancários e com os dirigentes sindicais, foi executada através da utilização de um roteiro de entrevista estruturada, adaptado da Enquete Operária de Marx datada de 1880. A coleta de dados com os Juízes do trabalho e com o auditor e técnico do Ministério do Trabalho foi realizada através da utilização de um roteiro de entrevista semiestruturada. As dimensões analisadas foram: Estado
e a relação Capital e Trabalho, cada uma das dimensões apresentadas desdobrouse
em componentes. No que diz respeito ao Estado, as componentes foram regulação e promoção, já para a relação Capital e Trabalho as componentes foram: forma de inserção do trabalhador bancário; mudança nas formas de controle; mudança na divisão técnica; e a representação do trabalho para os bancários da organização estudada. As principais referências bibliográficas utilizadas foram Istiván Mészáros, François Chesnais, Ricardo Antunes, Graça Druck, David Harvey, Ary Minella e Nicos Poulantzas. The goal of this research is to understand how the acquisition processes undertaken
by the Bank Santander – inside the context of the globalized financial – have
transformed the productive insertion, the division of work, the control and
representation of work for the bankers from the city of Salvador, since the years
2000. So, it is discussed the thesis which says that the financialization of the
economy has incited the job exploitation, intensifying the bank work’s process of
precarization. For the construction of this unique study of case, on descriptive bases, we chose the content analysis’ method. We started, initially, from the bibliographic and documental survey to the analysis and interpretation. Following, with the goal of enlarge the approach, we analyzed the contents’ data taken from the interviews with the bankers, syndical leaders, work judgers and public employees, linked to the
Ministry of the Job and Employment (MJE). In order to illustrate the indicators
surveyed, we also used the Subject Collective’s Discourse method (SCD), which
consists in a form of elicit the perception of a determined social group, having as reference its insertion in structural processes that constraint the present forms of production and reproduction of capital. The field research, with the bank workers and with the syndical leaders, was performed with the using of a script of structured
interview, adapted from Marx’s Labourer Survey, from 1880. The gathering of data
with the work judgers and with the Ministry of Work auditor and technical was done through the using of a semistructured interview’s script. The analyzed dimensions were: State and the relation Capital and Work. Each of the presented dimensions was unfolded in components. Concerning to State, the components were regulation and promotion. Concerning to relation Capital and Work, the components were: form of insertion of the bank worker; changing in the forms of control; changing in the technical division; and the representation of work to the bankers of the analyzed company.
