Bakgrund: Sjuksköterskor inom Barn och- ungdomspsykiatrisk och Vuxenpsykiatrisk vård arbetar med övergångsvård. Tidigare forskning visar att vården vid övergången från barn- och ungdomspsykiatrin till vuxenpsykiatrin ofta blir svår och att patienterna kan känna sig oförberedda. Sjuksköterskorna upplever svårigheter att samarbeta mellan mottagningarna och det blir då svårt att hjälpa patienten som ett resultat av det. Sjuksköterskornas erfarenheter beskrivs väldigt lite i den tidigare forskningen, både i världen och inom Sverige. Genom att lyfta fram sjuksköterskans erfarenheter kring övergången skulle vården kunna utvecklas till att bli mer personcentrerad. Syfte: Att beskriva hur sjuksköterskor erfar omvårdnaden i samband med övergången från barn- och ungdomspsykiatrisk till vuxenpsykiatrisk vård. Metod: Totalt deltog nio deltagare som intervjuades via semistrukturerade intervjuer. Intervjuerna analyserades utifrån en kvalitativ innehållsanalys med induktiv ansats. Resultat: Resultatet består av fyra kategorier, tolv subkategorier som summeras i ett tema som är att vilja skapa förutsättningar för patienten vid övergången. Slutsats: Sjuksköterskorna på Barn och- ungdomspsykiatrisk och Vuxenpsykiatrisk vård är missnöjda med övergångsvården och upplever att det finns organisatoriska problem. Sjuksköterskorna önskar tydligare rutiner, bättre kommunikation mellan mottagningarna, bättre samarbete mellan mottagningarna och att övergången anpassas efter patientens mognad och vårdprocess och inte ålder. / Background: Nurses in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Adult Psychiatric Care work with transitional care. Previous research shows that care during the transition from child and adolescent psychiatry to adult psychiatry often becomes difficult and that patients may feel unprepared. The nurses experience difficulties in cooperating between the clinics and it will then be difficult to help the patient as a result. The nurses' experiences are described very little in the previous research, both in the world and within Sweden. By highlighting the nurse's experience of the transition, care could be developed into a more person-centered care during the transitions. Aim: To describe how nurses experience nursing in connection with the transition from child and adolescent psychiatry to adult psychiatric care. Method: A total of nine participants who were interviewed via semi-structured interviews participated. The interviews were analyzed based on a qualitative content analysis with an inductive approach. Result: The result consists of four categories, twelve subcategories that are summarized in a theme that is to want to create conditions for the patient during the transition. Conclusion: The nurses at Child and Adolescent Psychiatric and Adult Psychiatric Care are dissatisfied with the transition care and feel that there are organizational problems. The nurses want clearer routines, better communication between clinics, better cooperation between the clinics and that the transition is adapted to the patient's maturity and care process and not age.
