Previous issue date: 2018-06-22 / Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPES / This work considers the complex world of work and how in the society dominated by Capital this reorganizes itself so as to expand and guarantee its main objective: profit. To do this, it does so in order to exploit more and more those who live from the sale of their workforce. Considering this context, we present agribusiness and its development in Brazil, since this is the economic force present in the field of research. To do this, one understands how social relations are built in the country that harm those who live-at-work. It explores from the SUS and its guidelines in Primary Care, to understand if there are or not, actions directed to Workers' Health in view of the current moment in the world of work. It use the categories present in Socio-Historical Psychology, to understand reality, they are: work / activity, historicity and subjective dimension of reality. An observation / participant survey was conducted at the Basic Health Unit (UBS) covered by the Family Health Strategy (FHS). The main activity of the researcher was to follow the work and home visits of the Community Health Agents (ACS), from which were constructed field narratives as a means of collecting the lived in daily life. The analysis of the information recorded in the narratives led to the elaboration of three categories: Public Policies and Workers' Health: challenges to FHT as a strategic point of worker health; Working conditions of the researched region and worker health: Agribusiness and its impacts on labor relations; Health of the worker of the health worker: the work of the community health agent. The first one points to the difficulties of implementing the FHT, which is a health model that is contrary to the hegemonic model. In the second, the conditions of capitalist production, hides working conditions hindering or not existing actions in Workers' Health. Finally, in the third, it dedicates itself to the work of the ACS's, work of little recognition and of extreme difficulty. Finally, it is observed that Capital exerts a "totalizing" power in society, being more than a mode of production of consumer goods, being a means of social reproduction, which reproduces in society its logic. With this, the social inequality, the difficulty of realizing areas of affirmation of rights, such as the SUS, are a reflection of this totalizing power of Capital / Esta pesquisa considera o complexo mundo do trabalho e como, na sociedade dominada pelo Capital, este se reorganiza de modo a se expandir e garantir seu objetivo principal: o lucro. Para isso, o faz de maneira a explorar cada vez mais aqueles e aquelas que vivem da venda de sua força de trabalho. Considerando esse contexto, apresenta-se o agronegócio e seu desenvolvimento no Brasil, uma vez que este é a força econômica presente no campo de pesquisa. Para tal, compreende-se como as relações sociais se constroem no país e prejudicam aqueles que vivem-do-trabalho. Pretende, levando em consideração o SUS e suas diretrizes na Atenção Básica, compreender se há ou não, ações dirigidas à Saúde do Trabalhador, tendo em vista o atual momento que vive o mundo do trabalho. Utiliza das categorias presentes na Psicologia Sócio-Historica, para a compreensão da realidade, sendo elas: trabalho/atividade, historicidade e dimensão subjetiva da realidade. Foi realizada uma pesquisa de observação/participante, em uma Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS) coberta pela Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF). A principal atividade do pesquisador foi acompanhar o trabalho e visitas domiciliares das Agentes Comunitárias de Saúde (ACS). A partir daí, foram construídas narrativas de campo como meio de coleta do vivenciado no cotidiano. A análise das informações registradas nas narrativas levou à elaboração de três categorias: Políticas Públicas e Saúde do Trabalhador: desafios para ESF enquanto ponto estratégico da Saúde do Trabalhador; Condições de trabalho da região pesquisada e Saúde do Trabalhador: O agronegócio e seus impactos nas relações de trabalho; A saúde do Trabalhador do trabalhador da saúde: o trabalho da agente comunitária de saúde. A primeira aponta para as dificuldades de efetivação da ESF, sendo esta um modelo de saúde contrário ao modelo hegemônico. Na segunda, observa-se que as condições de produção capitalista ocultam as condições de trabalho dificultando ou não existindo ações em Saúde do Trabalhador. Por fim, a terceira dedica-se ao trabalho das ACS’s, trabalho de pouco reconhecimento e de extrema dificuldade. Desta forma, observa-se que o Capital, exerce um poder “totalizador” na sociedade, sendo ele mais que um modo de produção de bens de consumo, transformando-se também em um meio de reprodução social, que reproduz na sociedade sua lógica. Com isso, a desigualdade social, a dificuldade de se efetivar espaços de afirmação de direitos, como o SUS, são reflexo desse poder totalizador do Capital
