The activities on leisure and tourism are connected with the trips that involve nature
have extended adhesions in this type of economic activity in international level. Ordinarily
these are called as tourist activity. In Alagoas groups and companies of leisure and tourism
they have proportionate trips that involve nature for the call Atlantic Forest, in the tourist
region of the Quilombos. It is motivated mainly by providing to the travelers and tourist a
bigger contact of the man with the nature. As objective generality is intended to identify to
the groups of leisure and companies of tourism that act with cooperation between itself, as
well as the proportionate activities for the trips that involve nature, being overcome for base
the sustainable development. For in such a way, they had been used as methodological
referential to the qualitative interpretation of the data, as well as the analysis of the content. In
way that in this study if becomes evident the absence of joint of organizational strategies will
be the development of these activities not only on the part of the companies and groups, but,
over all in the public politics. Therefore, the necessity of change in the model of management
on the part of these companies and groups, as in the institutional sectors, in order to provide
greater conditions for this sector of tourism and leisure. Beyond revealing greater
commitment and responsibility it stops with the one with the insertion of the community in a
process of sustainable local development of these activities in the tourist region of the
Quilombos, in the state of Alagoas. / As atividades de lazer e turismo ligadas às viagens à natureza têm ampliado adesões
neste tipo de atividade econômica em nível internacional. Comumente estas são denominadas
como atividade turística. Em Alagoas grupos e empresas de lazer e turismo têm
proporcionado viagens à natureza com destino à chamada Mata Atlântica, na região turística
dos Quilombos. São motivados principalmente por proporcionarem aos lazeristas e turistas
um maior contato do homem com a natureza. Como objetivo geral pretende-se identificar os
grupos de lazer e empresas de turismo que atuam com cooperação entre si, bem como as
atividades proporcionadas pelas viagens à natureza, tomando-se por base o desenvolvimento
sustentável. Para tanto, foram utilizados como referencial metodológico à interpretação
qualitativa dos dados, bem como a análise do conteúdo. De modo que, neste estudo, torna-se
evidente a ausência de articulação de estratégias organizacionais para o desenvolvimento
destas atividades não só por parte das empresas e grupos, mas, sobretudo nas políticas
públicas, havendo, portanto a necessidade de mudança no modelo de gestão por parte destas
empresas e grupos, como nos setores institucionais, a fim de proporcionar maiores condições
para este setor de turismo e lazer, além de manifestar maior compromisso e responsabilidade
para com a inserção da comunidade num processo de desenvolvimento local sustentável
destas atividades na região turística dos Quilombos, estado de Alagoas.
