I rapporten sammanställs en kartläggning om hur olika yrkesgrupper arbetar med och vad de anser om arbetsmiljöarbetet på ett antal av IN3PRENÖRs byggarbetsplatser. Det visar på att svårigheterna inom arbetsmiljöarbetet är att kommunicera mål och vägen mot dessa mål. Svårigheterna ligger även i att kommunicera brister mellan de olika yrkesgrupperna. Efter en enkätundersökning och genomförda intervjuerna kan även slutsatsen dras att generellt trivs alla väldigt bra på sina arbetsplatser och företaget.Byggbranschen är en av de mest olycksdrabbade branscherna i Sverige och därför är arbetsmiljöarbetet extra viktigt för att minimera riskerna för arbetsplatsolyckor. Branschen är reglerad av arbetsmiljölagen och är den enda yrkesgren som nämns specifikt i lagen. Utöver arbetsmiljölagen regleras den även av olika föreskrifter. Det finns ett åttiotal föreskrifter varav ett tjugo-trettiotal påverkar byggbranschen.Processen till att nå resultatet har bestått av platsbesök på sju av IN3PRENÖRs byggarbetsplatser. Projekten är varierande med allt från om- och tillbyggnader av skolor till flytt av rökkanaler och hyresgästanpassningar till myndigheter med specifika EU-krav. Dessa platsbesök innefattade intervjuer, enkäter och observationer av byggarbetsplatsen. Arbetet har sedan sammanställts och analyserats för att kunna ta reda på bristerna och hur de kan förbättras. / The report compiles a survey of how different occupational groups at the building site are working with workplace environment at various IN3PRENÖR building sites. It shows that the difficulties in the workplace environment work are to communicate the goals and the way towards these goals. The difficulties are also in communicating shortcomings between the different occupational groups. The conclusion from the interviews and survey results is that the employees thrive in their workplace, disregarding weather it’s in the projects or the overall company.The construction industry is one of the most accidentally affected industries, and therefore is the workplace environment work extra important to minimize the risks of one of the workers being injured. The industry is regulated by the Work Environment Act and is the only profession mentioned specifically in the Act. In addition to the Work Environment Act, it is also regulated by different regulations. There are eighties, of which some twenty-thirty affect construction.The process of the result has consisted of site visits of seven of IN3PRENÖR's construction sites. The projects are varied, ranging from refurbishments and additions to schools to relocation of smoke ducts and tenant servants to government with EU standards instead of Swedish standards. These site visits included interviews, surveys and observations of the construction site. The work has then been compiled and analyzed to find out the shortcomings and how they can be improved.
