El presente proyecto tiene como finalidad mejorar la seguridad, calidad y rapidez de la atención de las mascotas en el País, con esta premisa nace ComparaVet, una aplicación móvil de descarga gratuita y disponible para Android e IOS, que permite ubicar y reservar servicios veterinarios que se ubiquen en un rango de hasta 5 kilómetros de su ubicación actual, así como mantener el historial médico de su mascota y calificar los servicios que recibe. Así mismo, la plataforma permite entablar una conversación mediante un chat habilitado entre el usuario y el prestador de servicios, a fin de poder solicitar información sobre la atención de su mascota. ComparaVet busca entregar un servicio integrado, que cubra la necesidad del cliente de adquirir un servicio seguro, rápido y de calidad para su mascota.
Para llevar a cabo el proyecto, se ha determinado que la comisión que se cobrará a los socios prestadores de servicios veterinarios será del 5%. Así mismo, se realizó un análisis de marketing, operativo y financiero para comprobar la viabilidad de ComparaVet; el cual requiere una inversión inicial de S/. 175,406, de los cuales S/. 105,244 será asumida por los accionistas y S/. 70,162 será financiada de manera externa. Se ha estimado el retorno de la inversión a partir del segundo año.
El proyecto estará integrado por un equipo altamente calificado en cada de las áreas, con el objetivo de generar viabilidad de corto y largo plazo. / This project aims to improve the quality and speed of pet care in Lima, with this premise ComparaVet is born, a free mobile application available for Android and IOS, which allows you to locate and book veterinary services that are located within a range of up to 5 kilometers from your current location, as well as maintain the medical history of your pet and rate the services you receive. Likewise, the platform allows the user and the service provider to engage in a conversation through a chat enabled between the user and the service provider, in order to request information about the care of your pet. ComparaVet seeks to provide an integrated service that meets the client's need to acquire a safe, fast and quality service for their pet.
To carry out the project, it has been determined that a commission of 5% per transaction should be charged to the partners providing veterinary services. In addition, a marketing, operational and financial analysis was conducted to verify the viability of ComparaVet, which requires an initial investment of S/. 175, 406, of which S/. 105,244 will be assumed by the shareholders and S/. 70, 162 will be financed externally. The return on investment is estimated to begin in the second year.
