El proyecto propuesto en el siguiente trabajo de investigación es un aplicativo que busca integrar y consolidar toda la información turística que requieren los viajeros para lograr tener una experiencia placentera sin realizar mucho trámite, se podrán encontrar desde mapas, transporte, restaurantes, hospedaje, actividades, entre otros servicios turísticos.
Este aplicativo está dirigido a todos los turistas nacionales que busquen viajes de aventuras o vivenciales, conocer nuevas culturas y tener experiencias inolvidables dentro de nuestro Perú.
Será el nexo perfecto entre las empresas del sector turismo y los turistas, pues se darán a conocer los servicios que brindan y los precios que se ofrecen en el mercado de acuerdo a las temporadas de cada destino. Además, el turista podrá realizar reservas y sus pagos mediante el aplicativo, el cual contará con una plataforma de pagos certificada para prevenir cualquier siniestro.
Nuestra propuesta es que los peruanos conozcan nuestro hermoso país y que se encuentren preparados con todas las herramientas necesarias para que su experiencia sea la mejor.
En el siguiente trabajo, se encontrarán los aspectos generales del negocio, el planeamiento estratégico y planteamiento de objetivos, una investigación de mercados que nos permite validar las hipótesis, tanto para nuestros clientes turistas como empresas, en donde los resultados se encuentran presentados en un informe final.
Posteriormente, se procederá a desarrollar el plan de marketing, el plan de operaciones, la estructura organizacional y recursos humanos para consolidar todo en el plan económico financiero, el cual nos brinda indicadores que señalan la viabilidad del proyecto. / The project proposed in the following research work is an application that seeks to integrate and consolidate all the tourist information that travelers require to achieve a pleasant experience without doing much paperwork, they can be found from maps, transport, restaurants, accommodation, activities, among other tourist services.
This application is aimed at all national tourists who are looking for adventure or experiential trips, discover new cultures and have unforgettable experiences within our Peru.
It will be the perfect link between companies in the tourism sector and tourists, since the services they provide and the prices offered in the market will be made known according to the seasons of each destination. In addition, the tourist will be able to make reservations and their payments through the application, which will have a certified payment platform to prevent any loss.
Our proposal is that Peruvians know our beautiful country and that they are prepared with all the necessary tools so that their experience is the best.
In the following work, you will find the general aspects of the business, the strategic planning and objective statement, a market research that allows us to validate the hypotheses, both for our tourist clients and companies, where the results are presented in a report final.
Subsequently, the marketing plan, the operations plan, the organizational structure and human resources will be developed to consolidate everything in the financial economic plan, which provides us with indicators that indicate the viability of the project. / Trabajo de investigación
