Syftet med studien var att undersöka olika metoder och aktiviteter för att stimulera inspiration och konstnärlig kreativitet som kompositör, musiker och musikproducent. Detta för att utforska vägar till förutsättningar för mitt musikskapande. Syftet uppfylldes metodiskt genom aktiviteter som utfördes dagligen vid pianot/datorn för att hitta inspiration. Metoden var att utföra ett 15-tal aktiviteter som att gå i skogen, lyssna på musik eller träna, aktiviteterna genomfördes dagligen under fem veckor. Resultatet blev en helt ny metod som var oväntad. Kärnan i att skapa en bra förutsättning för att lättare hitta inspiration visade sig vara att skapa disciplin, struktur och hårt arbete. Studiens resultat var inte vad du gjorde utan att du gjorde det. / The purpose of the study was to investigate different methods and activities to stimulate inspiration and artistic creativity as a composer, musician and music producer. This is to explore paths to the conditions for my music creation. The purpose was fulfilled methodically through activities that were performed daily at the piano/computer to find inspiration. The method was to perform about 15 activities such as walking in the woods, listening to music or exercising, the activities were carried out daily for five weeks. The result was a completely new method that was unexpected. The core of creating a good condition for finding inspiration more easily turned out to be to create discipline, structure and hard work. The results of the study were not what you did but that you did it.
