The purpose of this quantitative study is to investigate how and if gender is affected by different design elements on a web page. To investigate this, three different prototype pages were created based on real web pages. A digital survey was sent out where respondents had to answer questions about inclusion and exclusion regarding the various web pages choosen in this study. In the result, conclusions are presented that can be drawn from the female and male gender. Further studies are needed to be able to map individuals who do not identify as female or male in order to create an inclusive society.
