226005.pdf: 2077385 bytes, checksum: 1c1f49480c5b707af68d03fa9a9fa0e5 (MD5) / Esta é uma pesquisa qualitativa, do tipo convergente-assistencial que teve como objetivos conhecer o cuidado familial em uma comunidade rural do Médio Vale do Itajaí/SC e desenvolver o processo de cuidar das famílias, utilizando-se como referencial a Teoria do Desenvolvimento da Família e o Modelo de Sistema de Saúde Familial. O período de realização da pesquisa foi de outubro de 2004 a agosto de 2005. Participaram do estudo duas famílias rurais, com núcleos nas fases de aquisição, maduro e tardio do ciclo vital familiar. Foram realizados encontros com as famílias, através de consulta de enfermagem à criança no Posto de Saúde da comunidade e visitas domiciliares. Na coleta de dados, utilizou-se a entrevista semi-estruturada, focado nos cinco campos da vida familiar de acordo com o modelo adotado: interativo, desenvolvimento, enfrentamento, integridade familiar, saúde que se constituíram em pré-categorizações dos dados obtidos. Além disso, construiu-se o genograma e o ecomapa de cada família. O método de análise de conteúdo de Bardin permitiu a identificação das categorias no campo da interação familiar: por enquanto é o velho que decide; visita é o que não falta; papéis e tarefas na família; cada um faz a sua parte e cada um ajuda um pouco. No campo integridade familiar: as atividades na colônia seguem uma rotina; percebendo a vida no campo; a relação com a natureza. No campo do desenvolvimento familiar, identificaram-se como categorias: há diferença ter uma criança em casa; mudou! Deu uma reviravolta geral! No campo da saúde familiar: percebendo a saúde e a doença na família; cuida quem entende melhor do caso; a gente passa pra frente. A pesquisa possibilitou conhecer o cuidado familial nas diversas situações do viver das famílias, percebendo-o nas relações e interações familiares, ao longo das fases do seu desenvolvimento e também como enfrentamento nas situações de doença e/ou hospitalização de algum de seus membros. Além disso, o cuidado familial se faz presente no cotidiano de trabalho, nas decisões e nas condutas familiares, tendo como base as normas e os papéis definidos entre os membros. A busca por saúde e por melhor acesso aos serviços profissionais de saúde é percebida pelas famílias rurais como cuidados de proteção aos membros. No entanto, o acesso aos serviços profissionais no sistema público é limitado e, por isto é utilizado o sistema de saúde privado. A busca pelos serviços de menor ou maior complexidade de atendimento se dá dependendo da gravidade do problema e urgência de atenção.
This is a qualitative research, with a kind of convergent-assistance that had as objective to know the familial care in a Agricultural Community from Medium Valley of Itajai/SC and to develop the process of families care, using as reference the Theory of Family Development and Health Family Model System. The period of accomplishment of the research was from October 2004 to August 2005. Two agricultural families had participated of the study, with nuclei in the phases of acquisition, mature and delayed of the familiar vital cycle. Meeting with the families had been carried through, through consultation of nursing to the child in the Rank of domiciliary Health of the community and visits. In the collection of data, it was used half-structuralized interview, focused on the five fields of the familiar life in accordance with the adopted model: interactive, development, confrontation, familiar integrity, health that was constituted in daily pre-categories of the gotten data. Moreover, one constructed to the genogram and ecomap of each family. The method of analysis of content of Bardin allowed the identification of the categories in the field of the familiar interaction: for the time being he is the old one who decides; visit is what it does not lack; papers and tasks in the family; each one makes its part and each one aid a little. In the familiar integrity field: the activities in the colony follow a routine; perceiving the life in the field; the relation with the nature. In the field of the familiar development, it had been identified as categories: to have a child in house makes the difference; it changed! A general overturn has occurred! In the field of the familiar health: perceiving the health and the illness in the family; it takes care who understands better of the case; people let it go ahead. The research gave us the possibility of known familial care in the diverse situations about families life, perceiving it in the relations and familiar interactions, to the long one of the phases of its development and also as confrontation in the situations of illness and/or hospitalization of some of its members. Moreover, the familial care has been at working days, decisions and familiar behaviors, having as base the norms and the papers defined between the members. The agricultural families as well taken care of protection to the members perceive the search for health and better access to the professional services of health. However, the access to the professional services in the public system is limited and, in this way, it is used the private system of health. The search for the minor services or greater attendance complexity occurs depending on the gravity of the problem and urgency of attention.
