Syftet med detta arbete är att öka kunskapen om vad digitaliseringen i förskolan innebär och hur den fungerar i praktiken. Vi vill försöka klargöra hur uppdraget om digitaliseringen i läroplanen ska bli relevanta för all personal i förskolan. Vilka tankar och farhågor har pedagogerna om digitalisering, personliga eller professionella, som utgör de förutsättningar arbetet med det digitala ska utgå ifrån. Genom ett multimodalt perspektiv tolkar vi pedagogernas arbete med digitalisering för att även med hjälp av det ge barnen en utökad inlärning. Vi har tagit del av detta arbete genom intervjuer och observationer. Resultatet i examensarbetet är att förskolornas pedagoger är villiga att använda sig av de digitala verktygen men att det saknas riktlinjer kring vad digitalisering egentligen är och hur användandet ska ske. Det gör att pedagogerna blir osäkra eftersom de vill att barnens utbildning på förskolan ska ske på ett säkert och utvecklande sätt. De som styr förskolan inom kommunerna och privata förskolor måste satsa mycket på att utbilda personalen. / The purpose of this essay is to increase the knowledge about digitalization in preschools and how it works in practice. We are trying to clarify how the digitization of the curriculum will be relevant for all preschool staff. What thoughts and fears do the educators have about the conditions that the digitalization is based on, either personal or professional?Through a multimodal perspective, we interpret how the educators' work with digitization to expand the children’s learning. We have through interviews and observations got an insight in the work with digitalization that is taken place in the preschools. The result of the essay is that the preschool educators are willing to use the digital tools that is available for them. They experience a lack of guidelines about how the digitization is to be used properly. This makes the educators insecure because they want the children's preschool education to be safe and developing. The school board and principals, in both the municipality and private preschools must invest in educating the staff.
