Läs- och skrivsvårigheter i skolan värld : Hur lärare upptäcker läs- och skrivsvårigheter och hur de arbetar för att underlätta för elever med dessa svårigheter.

The purpose of the study was to highlight how teachers can detect and work with children with reading and writing disabilities. To investigate this, I chose to do a quantitative study based on a survey. In the study 80 teachers have answered the questionnaire. The teachers who answered the questionnaire teach from grade four to grade seven. The study showed that teachers work in different ways with each individual and adapt the tasks according to each student's needs. They argue that reading aids and technical aids are good aids in work with students with reading and writing difficulties. Aids such as reading help or iPad make it easier for students with reading and writing difficulties. These different tools make it easier for the teacher who always not have time for each individual student and then needs other types of help. The study identifies the various aids that the teachers think are best when working with students with reading and writing difficulties. It also shows how teachers detect that a student has reading and writing difficulties for example when a student is unsure of reading or mixing words together. The teachers use a customized teaching course for those students who need extra help for example an additional briefing, simple text or special educator.
