Efter mycket rapportering i media och omnämning i polisens rapport gällande områden där kriminella nätverk styr, fanns ett intresse att analysera och förklara problembilden i Koppargården. Studien har genom statistik och semi-strukturerade intervjuer undersökt nyckelaktörers beskrivningar av problembilder i dagens Koppargården. Resultaten har analyserats utifrån teorin om social desorganisation. Studiens resultat visar att flertalet av de beskrivna problembilderna i dagens Koppargården kan kopplas till teorin om social desorganisations. Låg socioekonomisk status, heterogen befolkningssammansättning, hög befolkningsomflyttning är faktorer som stämmer in på Koppargården. Detta har i sin tur bidragit till att områdets sammanhållning är låg, det finns en avsaknad av gemensamma normer och värderingar i området och den informella sociala kontrollen i området är låg. Det finns även vissa kopplingar till teorin gällande kollektiv styrka, detta i form av att de sociala institutioner som finns i området är välfungerande. / After many reports in the local media and mentioning in the police report regarding communities where criminal networks control, an interest to analyse and explain the problems in Koppargården emerged. The study has threw statistics and semi-structured interviews explored key informants descriptions of problems in todays Koppargården. The results were analysed based on the theory of social disorganization. Study results show that most of the problems described the pictures in today Koppargården can be linked to the theory of social disorganizations. Low socioeconomic status, heterogeneity, high population migration are factors that apply to Koppargården. This has contributed to the area's cohesion is low, there is a lack of common standards and values in the area and the informal social control in the area is low. There are also some links to the theory of collective efficacy and that is that the social institutions in the area are well functioning.
