El presente trabajo está enfocado en mejorar la prestación de servicios de
mantenimiento al hogar en la ciudad de Lima, para que tanto los profesionales como el
personal técnico y especialistas acudan rápidamente ante una emergencia que requiera
reparación o mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo. Para conocer la deseabilidad de nuestra
oferta de servicios, se realizaron entrevistas a un grupo de usuarios en la ciudad de Lima y los
resultados mostraron una deficiencia: los servicios que reciben los usuarios no son oportunos
y no cuentan con la calidad ni seguridad adecuada.
Asimismo, se identificó que actualmente no existe un tratamiento o mantenimiento
preventivo en los hogares, debido a la ausencia de profesionales o técnicos que puedan
brindar un servicio de calidad y oportuno. En ese sentido, la plataforma tecnológica o
aplicativo (app) Mil Oficios que proponemos para aliviar las frustraciones de los usuarios, se
muestra como una alternativa que interconectará a profesionales del hogar con familias que
demandan servicios oportunos, de calidad y con precios accesibles en el mercado.
A nivel social, esta propuesta permitirá establecer un nexo entre la oferta laboral de
técnicos especialistas y los clientes que necesiten de diversos servicios para sus hogares con
calidad y seguridad. La empresa brindará estos servicios a hogares de doce distritos de la
ciudad de Lima, clasificados como A y B según su nivel socioeconómico. Se trata pues de un
modelo con alto valor social, que al encontrarse alineado con el Objetivo de Desarrollo
Sostenible Nº 8, promoverá el crecimiento económico inclusivo y sostenible, así como, el
empleo y el trabajo decente para todos. A nivel financiero, se estima un índice de relevancia
social (IRS) del 41.7 % y un VANS de S/1,513,216, además de proyectar un crecimiento
exponencial de sus ventas con un VAN de S/ 3,628,970 y una TIR de 169.90 % para los
próximos cinco años. En suma, Mi Oficios resulta sostenible y viable a través del tiempo. / The present work is focused on improving the offer of home maintenance services in
the city of Lima, so specialists can quickly attend services that requires preventive or
corrective home maintenance. To find out the efficiency of our service offering, interviews
were conducted with a group of users in the city of Lima and the results showed a deficiency:
the services received by users are not fast attended and do not have adequate quality or
security.
Likewise, it was identified that there is currently deficient preventive maintenance at
homes, due to the absence of professionals or technicians who can provide a quality and fast
attention. In this sense, the technological platform or application (app) Mil Oficios that we
propose to mitigate the frustrations of users, is shown as an alternative that will interconnect
home professionals with families that demand fast attention, quality services at accessible
prices in the market.
The proposal will allow us to unite the offer of specialist technicians, with quality and
safety, with the homes of the city of Lima in 12 districts of NSE A and B and will
demonstrate that it is a model with high social value since it is aligned with the SDG 8
promoting inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment and decent work for all,
with a social relevance index of 41.7 % and a NPV of S/ 1,513,216 At a financial level, it is
sustainable and viable, since it projects the exponential growth of its sales, with a Social NPV
of S/ 3,628,970 and an IRR of 169.90 % for the next five years.
