Among those who fell in love for the life of cities, urbanesas earn as many names as it features: invisible cities , subjective cities , muses of the streets , one-way street . Based on the reports created by some of those lovers, we draw the face of urbanesas, as a composition procedure that incorporates what these dreamers tell us. The urbanesas personify three tensions or problems, having the city as landscape: the tension between poverty of experience and the urban everyday life; the deviation s affective strength from exacerbated utilitarianism and privatism in the administration of contemporary cities; and, finally, the relationship between writing and city, literature and thought. By the combination of the referential arrangement and literary,
cinematic, philosophic and photographic images, we followed the trail of three urbanesas that, under the impulse that animates each one, so were baptized: EXPERIENCE, STUBBORNESS and WRITING. The story that goes through the urbanesas unfolds around the mismatch between EXPERIENCE and EVERYDAY LIFE in the city. It is a research which the procedure consists in to take the concepts as characters and the analysis as storyline; from that we obtain, literally, conceptual plots. In this way of researching, an erratic line passes between the narrative and analytic trace. However it
does not separate them, it embarrasses them. Assuming the research itself as the practice of the subjective restoration of the city, the composition of writings - or risks - does not refer the city as a totality, but as a profusion of experiences that does not last or root; nevertheless, it remains leaving their vestiges recorded in scattered writings everywhere, as restoration exercises of the urban experience. Before and
beyond of an language experiment, the intersection of narrative with the problematizations of the urban experience is the very act by which the concepts and questions reverberates themself. It is to take the risks of the city as problematizations lines and restoration of urban experience. What is in question here is the betting in the usage of images which are able to make you desire in the same city, another city. / Entre aqueles que se apaixonam pela vida das cidades, as urbanesas ganham tantos nomes quantas são suas feições: cidades invisíveis, cidades subjetivas, musas das ruas,
contramãos. Partindo dos relatos de sonho criados por alguns destes apaixonados, traçamos a fisionomia das urbanesas, num procedimento de montagem que incorpora o que nos contam estes sonhadores. As urbanesas personificam três tensões ou problemas, tendo a cidade como paisagem: a tensão entre a pobreza de experiência e o cotidiano urbano; a força afetiva dos desvios ao utilitarismo e privatismo exacerbados na administração das cidades contemporâneas; e, por fim, a relação entre escrita e cidade, literatura e pensamento. Através da combinação do arranjo referencial e de imagens literárias, cinematográficas, filosóficas e fotográficas, seguimos os rastros de três urbanesas que, por força do ímpeto que a cada uma anima, foram assim batizadas:
EXPERIÊNCIA, TEIMOSIA e ESCRITA. A história que atravessa as urbanesas se desenrola em torno do desencontro entre EXPERIÊNCIA e COTIDIANO na cidade. Trata-se de uma
pesquisa cujo procedimento consiste em tomar os conceitos por personagens e as análises por enredos; do que se obtém, literalmente, tramas conceituais. Neste modo de pesquisar, uma linha errática passa entre o traço narrativo e o analítico. Contudo ela não os separa, os embaraça. Assumindo a própria pesquisa como prática de restauração da cidade subjetiva, a montagem de escritas ou riscos não se refere à cidade como totalidade, e sim como profusão de experiências que não perduram nem se enraízam e que, no entanto, persistem deixando seus vestígios registrados em escritas dispersas por
toda parte, como exercícios de restauração da experiência urbana. Aquém e além de um experimento de linguagem, o cruzamento da narrativa com as problematizações da
experiência urbana é o próprio gesto através do qual os conceitos e questões reverberam entre si. Trata-se de tomar os riscos da cidade como linhas de problematização e restauração da experiência urbana. O que entra em questão aqui é a aposta no uso de imagens capazes de fazer desejar na cidade mesma, uma cidade outra.
